Shi Lan defeated Zexu and the other Overlords in the future, took the third Origin Crystal fragment, and prepared to strike down Origin Heaven with Qing Lan and the Immortal Emperors. Far downstream, three dying Buddhas seized a divine soul and sent it toward Origin, setting another force in motion.

• Zexu and four other Overlords chose to oppose Shi Lan, while Hong joined them out of loyalty to Origin Heaven.
• Shi Lan drew the six Overlords into the future, where Meng challenged her with his sword and was shattered by a single flick of her finger.
• Shi Lan crushed the Origin Sun, grievously wounded the remaining Overlords, and killed Zexu, taking the Origin Crystal fragment from his chest.
• Shi Lan realized she held three of the four Origin Crystal fragments, then met Qing Lan and seventeen Immortal Emperors heading upstream to help strike down Heaven.
• Three golden Buddhas exploited the disturbance at Origin, seized a divine soul, merged a Demon-Slaying Edict curse into it, and sent it racing toward Origin.

Samsara chose to return to the Origin Era to protect Shi Lan, while Qing Lan agreed to help monitor events from the future. After reaching the Origin Era, Shi Lan understood how her actions had shaped the events around her and recognized the Extraterritorial Battlefield as the ruins of the Heavenly Court.

• Samsara sensed Shi Lan's life-soul in the golden light and decided to return to the Origin Era, despite Qing Lan warning her of the risks.
• Samsara asked Qing Lan to intervene if Shi Lan's existence became known to too many living beings, then crossed into the river of time and space.
• A streak of light was pulled into a remote city, while Samsara's black mist arrived nearly twenty years later.
• Shi Lan realized that the Buddhist Sect's attempt to reverse cause and effect had sent her to the Origin Era and that Samsara had shaped her path there.
• Shi Lan revisited the Lingyang Realm and recognized the Extraterritorial Battlefield as the ruins of the Heavenly Court, whose passages eventually linked countless worlds.

Shi Lan explored the Ultimate Will Great World, settled an old debt by severing a High God's worshippers, and returned to Lingyang. There, Di Luosha recognized her and asked if she was Shi Lan.

• Shi Lan entered the Ultimate Will Great World and found Lu Yingou competing in a tournament, then left after deciding to ask its four Overlords about their intentions later.
• Shi Lan spotted Lindou in a star system, then destroyed a High God's divine connection to its worshippers, causing its statues to lose their divinity.
• Shi Lan observed a distant world where immortal cultivation and technology had begun to merge before returning to Lingyang.
• Shi Lan sensed an anachronistic demonic aura and appeared in a blue-stone hall, where Di Luosha opened her eyes and asked if she was Shi Lan.

Shi Lan restored Di Luosha’s flawed bloodline and perfected her Dao Fruit, then freed Yu and sent him to Lingyang Heaven. She left Di Luosha with a snow-orchid wreath and a warning to cultivate quickly, while Fu Guang reacted in terror to the flowers.

• Shi Lan traced Di Luosha’s bloodline and discovered how her divine and demonic blood had become incompatible.
• Shi Lan turned Di Luosha back into a demonic embryo and used primordial spiritual blood to perfect her divine-demonic spirit body.
• Di Luosha emerged with a flawless Dao Fruit, and Shi Lan told her she could choose her own path after becoming a Sovereign.
• Shi Lan immobilized Fu Guang, took the exhausted Yu, restored his vitality, and sent him to Lingyang Heaven.

Shi Lan gathered allies from across the ages and led them upstream through the River of Time to wage war against the Origin Heaven. After Fanxi sacrificed himself and the group suffered heavy losses, they reached the end of ancient history and faced the Origin Heaven’s battlefield.

• Di Luosha learned that Shi Lan had been Yang, the mother who had left her the flower crown, and kept the crown as a keepsake.
• Shi Lan put Xia into a long sleep, spoke with Ling Yun about his fate and Rong Xuanqing, then left the Spirit Martial Hall with Xia.
• Shi Lan found Samsara devouring the final source-crystal fragment, left her undisturbed, and hid Yuanji’s sleeping avatar in a remote starfield.
• Shi Lan joined Qing Lan, Di Luosha, Rong Xuanqing, and other Sovereigns to travel upstream, but Fanxi used Shi Tianlu and Su Lanyue as hostages before admitting his Buddhist sect’s fault and sacrificing himself.
• Shi Lan’s allies fought their way through the River of Time, losing six Immortal Emperors and three Dominators before reaching the chaotic void at the end of ancient history.

Shi Lan confronted the Origin Heaven at the end point of time, while Qing Lan and Lingyang Heaven pursued their own plans amid the war against Heaven. The Origin Heaven revealed that Shi Lan’s arrival and succession were part of fate, leaving their encounter at the threshold of a battle that could reshape the ages.

• Shi Lan and Qing Lan reached the Origin Heaven, which explained that it had spared the rebellious Sovereigns because it was waiting for Shi Lan.
• Yuqing fought toward the Origin Heaven, while Qing Lan’s attack failed to reach it and she headed for the Origin Continent to try to help Shi Lan.
• Lingyang Heaven told Jin to preserve the largest fragment of the collapsing Origin Continent, revealing that she planned to join the war and secure her future.
• Lingyang Heaven rejected Jin’s pleas to stay for their sons, Yao and Xia, and told him to say she had died in the calamity.
• The sky above the Origin Continent shattered, and the Divine King recognized the arriving Immortal Emperors as outsiders from another era.
• The Origin Heaven told Shi Lan that she had come to kill it and take its place, declaring that it was the end point for the past and Shi Lan the origin for the future.

Shi Lan defeated Origin Heaven after a long battle, ended the Origin Era, and took control of the Yellow Springs before spending hundreds of thousands of years with those she loved. She severed the River of Time to begin the Immortal Ancient Era, then remained alone atop her jade spine as Qing Lan went forward into the future.

• Shi Lan and Origin Heaven fought across eras, and Origin Heaven eventually collapsed after choosing not to seize the power of every Sovereign.
• Qing Lan and Lingyang Tian joined the war on the Origin Continent, while the God King ordered the Divine Race to remain neutral and the elders sacrificed themselves to support Origin Heaven.
• Yuqing claimed two fragments of the Origin Crystal after the Origin Continent shattered, and Lingyang Heaven left the Divine King the Heavenly Dao seal before returning to the River of Time.
• Shi Lan returned to later ages, defeated the Buddhist lineage, took control of the Yellow Springs, and allowed the World-Honored One, the Arbiter, and Yin Han to reincarnate.
• Shi Lan spent hundreds of thousands of years seeing old friends and enemies depart, then pulled her spine free to form the jade pillar that severed the River of Time.
• The jade pillar swept away the rulers who attacked it and began the destruction of countless worlds; Shi Lan told Qing Lan that the universe's end lay farther in the future, and Qing Lan departed while Shi Lan remained alone.
