"I want to see just how strong your Lao Yao is!"
Poison Unkillable was rather intrigued. He had been curious about Lao Yao for a long time. If he had a chance to see him make a move, how could he pass it up?
Wasn't Lin just asking him to run? As long as he didn't get caught by that Divine Sense, he'd be fine.
With someone ahead of him, if he still couldn't outrun him, then his Rank 98 Soul Power would have been wasted.
"Why would I need to prove anything?"
Poison Unkillable was annoyed. He had waited so long for a chance to act. There was no way he'd let this little brat show him up.

The moment he entered, Xiao Xiao hurriedly asked, "Lao Yao, how long until Igor recovers?"
"Three days. He'll be back to normal in three days."
Lao Yao paused, then spoke.
Lin was surprised. That was pretty fast. This time, could Igor finally be on equal footing with Lao Yao?
"Xiao Xiao, Lao Yao taught you a technique. When you come back from that place, I'll give you a whole world."
Igor grinned. This junior brother was worth keeping.
"You're serious? I'm going to hold you to that."
"What, you want a whole world now?"
Lao Yao didn't believe him. A whole world? Could he really give one away?
If creating a world were possible, he wouldn't have ended up like this...
"Bah. Lao Yao, my Soul Power may be inferior to yours, but I'm better than you in other ways."
Igor chuckled, utterly unconcerned.
Lin naturally believed that Igor meant what he said. He just didn't know how things would turn out.
He didn't know much about the Divine Realm, either, or what lay beyond the barrier between the divine and mortal realms.
Lin stopped listening to the two of them and turned away with a smile.
Ice Emperor had truly given up trying to understand. She didn't understand the world of grown-ups; just hugging a big leg was enough.
Three days passed quickly.
Lin had gotten used to life in the Haotian Sect. During those three days, Poison Unkillable kept asking Lin when he could make his move. Each time, Lin sent him packing.
On his finger, Igor's gray orb of light had already disappeared.
A man's shadow suddenly appeared beside Lao Yao.
The man was tall and imposing, his white hair flowing. His hands were behind his back, and his whole bearing was noble and dignified. The aura he gave off was incredibly powerful.
Lao Yao stood and bowed slightly to the man.
"From now on, call me Tia!"
Lao Yao solemnly uttered a single word. Igor stared at the old fellow, thinking that he really did have the innocent heart of a child.
"Hello, Tia!"
Ice Emperor sat on Xiao Hei's back and couldn't help speaking.
Lao Yao regarded Tia with a new respect. He was as powerful as an immortal—an immortal and a god, with all the majesty of both.
"Still, Xiao Bing knows how to talk."
Igor rubbed Xiao Bing's little head, looking very pleased.
Then Tia looked at Lin beyond the barrier and spoke. "Kid, you can head to that place now."
