Following Blood Bird down the passage, Liu Zhi noticed that the corridor was already beginning to transform, shifting from steel toward flesh.

Some of the walls had crumbled and been patched directly with flesh. In a few places, the flesh seemed to be moving ever so slightly.

Noticing Liu Zhi observing this, Blood Bird smiled and explained, "We don't have many materials here, so a lot of the time we have to use people's bodies to fill in the gaps. Instead, she nodded and said, "You figured it out. Actually, ever since Diablo arrived, the rules have been affected to some extent.

"Before, all you needed to do was build a torii and stake out a patch of land to establish your own God's Land.

"It's not so easy now. To establish an outpost, you need a torii, of course, but you also need the right people. At the very least, you need a Blood Bird to hand out
