Only one god in all of Egypt possessed this ability: Renenutet's husband, Sobek, the crocodile god of Ancient Egyptian mythology.

According to Ancient Egyptian myths, the crocodile god Sobek possessed four times the divine power, because he held the elements of four gods: the fire of Ra, the Sun God; the air of Shu, the god of air; the earth of Geb, the god of the earth; and the water of Osiris, lord of the underworld.

In other words, he could use abilities that were very similar to those of these four Big Bosses, but not quite the same.
