Liu Zhi didn't rush into the Underworld. Instead, he spent some time speaking with the other gods.
He noticed that these gods were different from those on Mount Olympus.
They belonged to this game to a greater extent.
Many of them had already become one with the game's rules, and their divine paths followed the game's progression.
Only a few had emerged from the original Egyptian mythology, allowing them to maintain their own divine paths.
Liu Zhi wasn't saying that this was a bad thing.
But from those obscure gods, he could make some guesses about how the game had changed.
He noticed that many of the gods here were protectors of different kinds of death.
They didn't care how little power they had. Instead, they did everything they could to seek out every possible manner of death.
Liu Zhi even found a god of death who specifically protected people who accidentally fell down the stairs and died.
This god's power was pitifully weak. If not for the purity of the divine power on him, Liu Zhi would have suspected he was only level 13.
After all, in Egypt, they rarely saw buildings more than two stories tall.
While talking with this god, Liu Zhi said, "You'd be better off becoming a god of death for people who fall down the pyramids and die. Clearly, far more people fall from pyramids every year."
"Each pyramid is the domain of a god. The names of everyone who dies on a pyramid are recorded. They're slaves of the pyramid's owner, and in Egypt, taking someone else's slaves is wrong."
"Fine, whatever makes you happy. But is this really a good idea? Do you need to divide the role of a god of death into so many little details?"
"We're already doing well.
