Killing a Player

Meteors came down like a torrential rain.

With every strike, one of the red cubes that made up the enormous humanoid shattered into pieces.

In almost an instant, the meteors pouring out of the halo had taken half of the giant humanoid's head.

The giant humanoid quickly reacted. Liu Zhi saw the red cubes on his body rapidly surge toward his head, swiftly repairing the parts destroyed beneath the starlight.

It was clear that he was repairing his own head.

That was exactly what Liu Zhi wanted. He understood that even with the aid of the Yadaliate's Magic Array, he couldn't use Starfall indefinitely.

After all, his magic power was limited. He couldn't keep up this attack forever.

But the giant humanoid didn't know that. He thought Liu Zhi was using Star Light Surge, the extraordinary effect unique to Starfall.

If Liu Zhi had used that skill, he might have been able to take down the giant humanoid's head with ease at first. But as time went on, he would struggle to keep it up. The falling starlight was simply too powerful—so powerful that using it against a single red cube would be wasteful.

The Starfall Liu Zhi was using now was much more suitable. He chipped away at the red cubes on the giant humanoid's head layer by layer.

Under Liu Zhi's attack, the giant humanoid realized he couldn't let things continue. He twisted his head and body, trying to move his head out of the halo's range.

But Liu Zhi kept the halo trained on him. No matter how he moved, he couldn't escape Liu Zhi's attacks. Instead, his twisting gave Liu Zhi the chance to guide the starlight toward his neck.

The giant humanoid grew furious. He swung a hammer made of red cubes at the halo.
