In the vast hall, Zeno released his hand, letting the dust that represented the lives of galaxies slip through his fingers.
Not far behind him, the Grand Priest had, for once, changed the stance he had maintained for ten thousand years.
The supreme deity standing at the pinnacle of the multiversal power pyramid had his brows knotted tightly together.
The staff in his hand, symbolizing absolute authority, was flashing with urgent light at irregular intervals.
Zeno tilted his head, propping his two tiny arms against the carpet.
"Grand Priest, it looks like something incredible has appeared down there."
Zeno spoke in his distinctive voice, as innocent and childlike as ever.
"Is that person stronger than you?"
If this question had been asked before, the Grand Priest would undoubtedly have answered no.
But today, he fell silent.
The Grand Priest folded his hands before his abdomen and respectfully bowed forward.
"Reporting to Lord Zeno, it is a form of power I have never seen before."
The Grand Priest's tone was rigorous and cautious.
"Judging from its energy level, he has likely reached my realm."
At that, the Grand Priest paused, a complicated glimmer passing through his eyes.
"Or rather... he has already surpassed me."
"Surpassed you?"
Zeno blinked his utterly placid eyes. He had little real understanding of the concept of "surpassing the Grand Priest."
He only found it interesting.
The Grand Priest closed his eyes, and a gentle halo spread from between his brows.
He was drawing upon the memories of the universe's origin, attempting to trace the source of this power.
A moment later, he opened his eyes, his gaze suddenly clearing.
"I understand."
The Grand Priest straightened up and continued his explanation.
"This is the product of two extreme laws being forcibly kneaded
