Su Yun fled her home as a child and drifted from place to place before entering the Cui family. Before Cui Hao's change in temperament, she endured his indifference and faced repeated danger of being traded away; after Cui Hao's father disappeared, Zhou Menghu explicitly sought to buy her. 2 3
