"Sir, we've spotted an unfamiliar team moving quickly toward the target's home."
"What?" Coulson's heart lurched. He hurriedly checked the cameras positioned farther away from Saitama's house. Sure enough, the team was rapidly making its way toward it.
From what Coulson could see, this team was an elite unit. Their swift, decisive movements, their bearing, and the high-end equipment they carried all showed that their strength was almost on par with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Rapid Response Special Forces.
"Damn it, where did they come from? Find out. I want to know exactly who they are, what connection they have to Saitama, and what they're here for. Could Saitama be their target?" Coulson felt as if his head were about to explode. Things were unfolding in a way he'd never imagined.
Coulson had originally thought that Saitama might have allies, but that Saitama would be the one to seek them out—not that a group of people would suddenly show up as if they were about to attack his home.
"Move! Come with me. We have to keep up with them, and whatever happens, we have to stop them." Coulson gave the order anxiously, then headed toward Saitama's house with several people responsible for monitoring the area. But compared with the team they'd just seen, Coulson's group was far too small. If they charged in, they'd almost certainly be walking to their deaths. What's more, there were HYDRA agents among them. If those agents decided to kill Coulson right then, he wouldn't stand a chance of surviving.
But as S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, they were relatively unconcerned with life and death. That was why Coulson chose to charge in now, even though he knew there'd be danger.
"It's so annoying that they've installed so many cameras around our house. Thank goodness there aren't any inside,
