The Goblin King, a Rare Enhanced Species, Appears!

Goblin: Most individuals stand around one to 1.2 meters tall, while a few can reach 1.5 meters. They are cunning by nature and skilled at working in teams.

Skills: Throwing, slashing, intimidation, and other abilities.

That was how the monster guide described goblins. But as Bell looked at the huge creature facing Wood, then at the information in his hands, he was utterly dumbfounded.

The creature before Wood did look a lot like a goblin. That much was true.

But according to the guide, goblins could only grow to a maximum height of 1.5 meters, couldn't they? So why was the goblin standing before Wood at least two meters tall?

And as if being a full two meters tall wasn't outrageous enough, this goblin was wearing a crown, carrying a huge cleaver, and could even summon and command other goblins!

"An enhanced species? But why would a monster like this appear on an upper floor of the Dungeon?"

Unlike Bell, a complete novice, Ryu was a veteran Adventurer. She took one look at the goblin before Wood and recognized it as an "enhanced species" of Dungeon monster.

Apart from the Floor Bosses on the 17th, 27th, 37th, and 49th floors, there were also some relatively unusual monsters in the Dungeon.

Under certain special conditions, the Dungeon would occasionally give birth to unusual monsters with intelligence, the ability to speak, and the ability to use weapons from the surface.
