Wood's Gift to the Amazon Sisters

As a Floor Boss and a special Level 4 monster, Goliath's drops and Magic Stones were naturally far rarer and more valuable than those of ordinary monsters.

For ordinary Adventurers, a special monster might be a disaster. But for a large Familia that could reliably kill Floor Bosses, Goliath was little more than a scheduled delivery of experience and wealth.

Goliath respawned every two weeks. This time, the Loki Familia had timed their entrance into the Dungeon so they could kill the newly respawned Goliath on their way to the 17th Floor.

However, when the bulk of the Loki Familia arrived, they were astonished to discover that someone had beaten them to it and taken down the Floor Boss they'd had their eyes on!

The Freya Familia hadn't made any big moves lately. Finn, captain of the Loki Familia, had been wondering who could have killed Goliath in such a short time.

Now that Wood said he'd explored as far as the 37th Floor today, he must have passed through the 17th Floor. Combined with the strength Wood had already shown, Tione naturally suspected that the boy before them had killed Goliath.

"The Floor Boss on the 17th Floor? If you mean that giant monster with the greatsword, then yes, I killed it."

When Wood confirmed it, the Loki Familia members were only slightly taken aback. They didn't look all that surprised.

After all, everyone present had seen Wood's strength, either directly or indirectly.

A Level 4 Floor Boss might be a formidable foe to ordinary people, but it might not amount to much to the man standing before them.
