Because of the difference in the passage of time, Wood had spent several years in the Different World, but only about a month had passed since he left the Pirate World. He slowly opened his eyes and cautiously moved his now-stiff body.
In the "Dungeon World," he had told Hestia that he was going out to train, but in reality, he had left that world entirely.
And when he had told Hestia that he would return someday, he hadn't been lying to her. Wood really could return to the "Dungeon World."
Thanks to the "World Simulation System," Wood had traveled to quite a few worlds. In the past, he had almost always ended a simulation because the character he was playing had died.
This was the first time he had encountered a situation like this one in the "Dungeon World."
The most unusual simulation world Wood had encountered before this was the "Jobless Reincarnation" world. He had simulated twice there, and it was the first world in which he had lived out his natural lifespan.
In Wood's eyes, this "Dungeon World" was the second unusual world.
After more than two years of constantly exploring the Dungeon, Wood had raised his Adventurer level to Level 10. Then he realized he might have hit a bottleneck.
He figured that if he kept at it, this world probably wouldn't have much more to offer him.
So, eager to end the simulation as soon as possible, Wood made a few arrangements for after his departure and then went back into the Dungeon.
He wanted to bring all his strength to bear and see just how many floors the Dungeon had—and what secrets it concealed!
