"Is this the East Bureau? It's quite unique!"

The Senkaimon is near the West White Path Gate. Looking at the Edo-style houses around her, Nini was very interested. She had been busy since arriving in Japan and hadn't had a chance to properly experience the unique scenery of Japan.

"It's just... a bit inconvenient compared to Reverse London."

Noelle hesitated for a moment, then frowned and voiced her thoughts. It was more than just inconvenient; this so-called East Bureau could only be described as backward. The residents on both sides of the street were still wearing clothes made of coarse cloth, completely incomparable to Reverse London.

Tsuna knew Noelle had already gone easy on him, so he could only explain, "The old man is about to retire, and everything will change once a new leader takes over."

Shunsui Kyōraku has accepted his fate and is actively engaging with World of the Living goods, as evidenced by Urahara Kisuke's immense wealth.

Compared to the two girls, the more mature Billy said nothing, but lit a cigarette and quietly observed his surroundings. Assessing the strength of the East Bureau was also part of his mission.

Looking at the huge white building complex in front of him, a strange light flashed in Billy's eyes. He wasn't sure if it was just his imagination, but he felt that there was something unknown hidden in this East Bureau.

After passing through the White Path Gate and entering the Seireitei, Nini and Noelle's disdain lessened somewhat, but the Bleach they encountered gave them strange looks.

Not to mention that Noelle and her trio don't look like Bleach at all, the spiritual pressure emanating from Nel is definitely that of a Hollow.

If it weren't for Tsuna's considerable prestige in the Seireitei, Nel would have been surrounded by the Bleach in just this short time.

Although it wasn't surrounded, it wasn't much better; the Hollow invasion of Seireitei was quickly reported to the squad's superiors by the patrolling Bleach.

Just two streets past, a tall, humanoid creature approached. He was wearing the haori of the Captain of the Seventh Division, the captain of the Inner Court Guard, Sajin Komamura.

"Tsuna, long time no see. Who are they?" Like the other Bleach, Sajin Komamura away. Instead, he asked Tsuna first.

"Captain Komamura, I've already reported to Captain Kyōraku. These are guests from the West, Nel is here to join a new department." With outsiders present, Tsuna felt a little embarrassed to refuse Komamura's request to call him "Wang-chan" directly.

Nini, however, clung to Noelle's arm in shock. "Wolf? Werewolf?"

"Nini, be polite."

Regardless of whether they were werewolves from Western legends or not, seeing how much Tsuna regretted it, Noelle still had to give them face, so she immediately pressed Nini's head down and greeted them together.

Komamura nodded in acknowledgment and asked Tsuna, "Is this the Arrancar Arrancar Captain Kyōraku mentioned, the one with a special sense of justice towards Hueco Mundo? Hello, I am Sajin Komamura."

It wasn't easy to put a Hollow into the Seireitei. After returning from the World of the Living, Kyōraku immediately held a captain's meeting, and all the captains knew about Nel's existence.

After exchanging greetings, Komamura let Tsuna and his group leave. To minimize trouble, Tsuna took Nel directly to the Seventh Division. After handing Nel over to Shunsui Kyōraku, their group felt much more relaxed, at least Nini and the others wouldn't be treated like idiots.

Tsuna didn't take the group directly to the First Division. Instead, he went to the noble district first, letting the lively Nini have her fill of fun before they could have a proper discussion.

After arriving at the aristocratic street, Nini's cheers never stopped. Although it was still not very convenient, it didn't stop her from feeling the nouveau riche atmosphere from the surrounding buildings.

"Huh? Tsuna?" Without even turning around Tsuna knew that the person speaking was Byakuya Kuchiki.

"Hey, Byakuya, what brings you out shopping?" Tsuna greeted him, introducing them to each other.

"Wow, what an adorable baby!" Nini and Noal's faces lit up with maternal smiles. If it weren't for the first time they met, they would have wanted to hold the baby.

"Hello, I am Hisana Kuchiki, Byakuya- sama's wife."

Even when held in Byakuya's arms, Hisana Kuchiki remained elegant, exuding an aristocratic air, a true lady of high society.

"Eh!!!" Nini and Noelle exclaimed in shock at the same time.

"Don't overthink it. Something happened to Mrs. Kuchiki that made her need to grow up from a child again. When the two of them fell in love, they were both normal adults," Tsuna couldn't help but explain.

"I see. I'm sorry." Nini and Noelle both clasped their hands together. It was all because of London's open society that they almost misunderstood.

But the contrast between the mature child and the child is really hard to accept. I really want to hug Hisana to my chest and give her a good squeeze.

Byakuya's gaze remained fixed on Billy. Like Tsuna, he also sensed that the other was no ordinary person. The unknown battle magic and the mysterious figure hiding his true nature were enough to prompt Byakuya to take action.

"Hey friend over there, how about a spar?" Byakuya invited.

Billy paused in his smoking motion. Ever since entering Seireitei, he had been checking something and hadn't noticed Byakuya's undisguised gaze.

"Forget it, no need for the captain to take action. I'm just an office worker, my strength is very weak."

Once he came to his senses, Billy noticed Byakuya's attire, which was completely different from that of ordinary people, and realized that this man might be the leader of those weaklings. He immediately rejected Byakuya's invitation.

"That's a real shame." Byakuya still had a straight face, showing no sign of regret. Since the other party disagreed, he might as well spend some more time with his wife.

After greeting the group, Byakuya prepared to leave, but after taking only two steps, he decisively walked towards a nearby shop and hid in a corner to observe.

"Byakuya, what are we doing?" Hisana asked. She didn't have Byakuya's strength and couldn't sense the powerful spiritual pressure impacting the noble district.

"Wait a moment, there's going to be a good show." Byakuya took out a bag of konpeito (Japanese candy), gave one to himself and one to Hisana, and got ready to watch the show.

"Byakuya- sama is even better at expressing his emotions now!" Hisana laughed happily. Whether it was the members of the 6th Division or family members, they all shared the same thought: after Hisana returned, Byakuya, this big block of ice, was gradually melting.

"So this is the Magicians they were talking about? Come and fight me!"

Before they even arrived, a strong fighting spirit had already swept over them. Tsuna Nini and Noelle with one hand each and instantly pulled them away, leaving Billy standing there dumbfounded, smoking a cigarette.

Seemingly drawn to some scenery, Billy looked up and took a small step back. A flash of sword light passed before his eyes, easily severing the burning smoke. Billy remained oblivious, looking dazed.

"Then what are you...?" The intense fighting spirit made Nini's legs tremble slightly; she had never encountered such a powerful enemy before.

"That's Kenpachi Zaraki, the captain of the Squad 11, similar to your Tactical Squad," Tsuna explained. Kenpachi Zaraki in Seireitei who would cause trouble for no reason.

"Tactical Squad? This useless commander won't get killed, will he?" Nini exclaimed in surprise. Judging from his appearance, this lazy and undisciplined guy was no match for the enemy in any way. He was just lucky to have dodged that attack.

Noelle had already secretly taken a picture with her phone, just in case Billy was killed and it implicated them.

Tsuna didn't stop Noelle's actions, but instead tried to reassure them, saying, "Don't underestimate Mr. Billy, he's very strong."

"What a joke, that guy looks like a frustrated middle-aged man with no skills..." Nini's voice trailed off as she realized Billy hadn't been killed by that vicious guy yet!

The tall, dark shadow blocked Billy's view of the sun. Billy turned his head with a start, his attention drawn to a pink patch on the tall, fierce-looking shoulder.

"Hello, little green, this is Yachiru." Yachiru named herself after Billy's main color scheme.

Billy grinned, ready to return what he thought was a friendly smile, only to see Kenpachi sweep his sword across the room again.

"Go wait for me over there, Yachiru." Kenpachi casually grabbed Yachiru and threw her toward Tsuna.

"Yo, Tsuna!"

"Long time no see, Yachiru..."

Tsuna held Yachiru in his arms and, while watching the show, introduced her to the two witches beside him. Given Yachiru's personality, she quickly became familiar with the two of them.

Looking at Kenpachi's side, Billy always managed to dodge Kenpachi's slashes by a hair's breadth. Once or twice, it was easy, but after dodging them so many times, anyone could see the problem.

"Interesting!" Kenpachi grinned, his spiritual pressure covering his Zanpakuto, and he unleashed a wide-area sword pressure towards Billy.

"Hey, really, is it really necessary to make such a big deal out of this?" Billy's helpless eyes under the baseball cap brought a wry smile to his lips. Of course, he understood that these people wanted to test his strength, but starting a fight without saying a word just felt a little off.

Faced with Kenpachi's attack, Billy calmly took out an old-looking flute from his pocket, put it to his lips and blew it. A golden ring appeared around him, with many cone-shaped spikes on it.

"Magic #75: Gatling Crown!"

The Gatling Crown perfectly blocked Billy's Kenpachi strike, but it wasn't over yet. The spikes on the crown began to spin towards Kenpachi; the Gatling Crown was an attack spell!

Seireitei wanted to test Western magic, and as a representative of the West, Billy also wanted to test the power of the East Bureau captains.

Billy pointed at Kenpachi, and each spike on the crown was a cannonball. Dozens of them were fired at Kenpachi Zaraki in quick succession.

Boom!

Nini was dumbfounded. So their useless commander was this arrogant? He actually attacked on someone else's turf, and in a very short time, he unleashed a counterattack with spell number 75. Wasn't he afraid of not making it out of the East Bureau?

Thinking of this, Nini subconsciously pulled Noelle closer to Tsuna, feeling that their safety might be more assured if they relied on Tsuna.
