Support, Reinforcements No One Had Expected
Wolfgang was an extremely experienced fighter. After hearing Hirako's voice and seeing Hirako charging into battle, he roughly guessed what was going on.
"All captains of the West Bureau, disperse! Tachnee, give full boost to the three captains of the East Bureau!"
Hearing the stirring flute music and feeling the surging spiritual pressure within him, Hirako couldn't help but grin. Talking to intelligent people is so easy.
As Satan swung his claws at Hirako, the Sakanade force was activated, and Satan's claws swung upwards, so in its vision, Hirako was hanging upside down above its head.
As the claw pierced through Hirako's figure, Hirako's physical form had already rushed into Satan's arms. With one hand Senju Kōten Taihō and the other a slash containing Cero, the two attacks overlapped in the same spot, causing Satan a slight pain.
That was all; Hirako's attack was far from enough to harm Satan, but Satan also realized that the vision he was seeing was an illusion.
Its entire body burst open with Dragon Scales, each Dragon Scales a sharp blade. The dragon spun and danced, its body itself a storm of swords and blades.
At this moment, Hirako had already used the Bakudo 26: Kyokkō to quietly erase his figure and retreat to a safe position. His strength was limited; he couldn't hurt Satan and there was nothing he could do about it. However, he had achieved his goal: to attract Satan's attention.
Satan was unaware that Byakuya and Toshiro were already standing on its head and at its feet, respectively, unleashing a powerful burst of spiritual pressure as both of them used their strongest abilities.
All the cherry blossom petals were compressed by Byakuya into a Zanpakuto, a pure white Zanpakuto that looked somewhat similar to the White Emperor Sword, but without the wings it had when using the White Emperor Sword.
In pursuit of the strongest offensive power, Byakuya even sacrificed the wings of the White Emperor Sword. Now, the state of his Zanpakuto is extremely unstable, as if it might explode at any moment. This is why Byakuya can only use it once.
Similar to Byakuya's situation, Toshiro's ice dragon armor, formed by Daiguren Hyōrinmaru Toshiro, completely disappeared, and all the ice briefly merged into his body.
The sudden spiritual pressure forcefully elevates Toshiro's body, making him tall and imposing. This is the Toshiro Hitsugaya.
The ever-increasing spiritual pressure would eventually attract Satan's attention. With a flap of his wings, Satan was about to deal with these two troublesome individuals.
At the same time that Satan noticed, Wolfgang, the best support, also noticed. In that instant, Satan's time stopped, and Byakuya and Toshiro's attacks landed one after the other.
"Vantage Point: Senbonzakura Kageyoshi!"
A flash of white light appeared, Byakuya was already behind Satan. A white wound flashed across Satan's body, running diagonally from his neck down to his thigh. This was the first time Satan had been effectively injured.
Satan, seemingly oblivious, swung the claws on his tail at Byakuya during the brief moment Woolf paused.
At that moment, Toshiro, standing on the ground, had finished accumulating his spiritual pressure. He swung his sword at Satan with a drawing-slash motion. The extreme coldness corroded Satan's body, reaching from the ground to the sky. A large, square-shaped ice pillar stood abruptly in the middle of London.
"The Shikai Hyōketsu!"
After coldly uttering those words, Toshiro staggered, fell to one knee, and his body rapidly shrank after the spiritual pressure dissipated.
Despite constantly training his resistance to the cold, Toshiro was still struggling to withstand the power of the Shikai Hyōketsu. His vision began to blur, and he only managed to stay upright thanks to his willpower.
"Hiss, it's so cold!" Hirako took off his haori and wrapped it around Toshiro. Even so, the chill through the haori still made him shiver. But seeing the huge ice pillar, his mood improved a bit. "This should be alright, right?"
Harry Sack quickly stepped into the air and caught Byakuya as he fell, concentrating all his spiritual pressure into that one strike, rendering Byakuya unable to even use Flash Step.
The group quickly regrouped, and looking at the enormous ice sculpture, each of them wondered, "Have we won?"
All eyes were once again on Little Billy. Feeling immense pressure, he dared not make any judgment and said helplessly, "I only know one more thing than you, something like a prophecy. Captain Wolfgang knows more about the Fairy Tale Dragon than I do."
Wolfgang frowned; it was precisely because the information didn't match the corresponding literature that he hesitated to make a judgment.
"Normally, after Fairy Tale Dragon is defeated, it will turn into magic and disappear. All we can keep are scraps like Dragon Blood and Dragon Scales, but we can never get their corpses."
"If Satan was killed, why hasn't his body disappeared? Is it because the final blow was an ice-based attack, temporarily freezing his body? I can't tell either," Wolfgang said.
"Anyway, at least we don't have to fight for the time being, right?" Harry Sack was rather optimistic. "I've noticed something's not right in London these past few days. We should take advantage of this time to evacuate the residents out of London."
"That's easy for you to say. There are millions of people. How can you just evacuate them all?" Roy chimed in. With these two leading the way, the tense atmosphere eased a little.
"No! He's not dead yet!" Suddenly, Toshiro's words brought everyone back to reality.
How did you know?
"That's my ability. I can feel it. Even within the Shikai Hyōketsu, his spiritual pressure is still pulsating!"
Toshiro's resolute tone forced everyone to believe his judgment. After spending time with Tsuna, the West Bureau's heavy responsibility had enabled him to automatically convert spiritual pressure into magical energy.
Upon hearing this, it became clear: the dragon's magic was still changing, which meant it was still alive.
"After experiencing that kind of attack, they're still alive...?" Roy swallowed hard. He was certain that no one in the West Bureau could have survived Toshiro and Byakuya's attack. Perhaps Wolfgang could, but he only managed to do so by using time magic.
"It wasn't that you couldn't defeat it; it was Snow White's power—feigning death!"
Thanks to Little Billy's reminder, everyone saw Satan frozen inside the ice pillar, and a white magic circle suddenly lit up behind him.
"They're here!"
With a shout from Little Billy, everyone went into battle mode. In reality, it was just the captains of the West Bureau. Byakuya and Toshiro, who had lost their fighting ability, were attached to Hirako.
Hirako had no complaints. After the previous tests, he realized that his power was useless against people of this level, not to mention that Byakuya and Toshiro were his comrades.
Within the ice pillar, seven magic circles behind Satan lit up simultaneously, and rays of various colors shot out from the magic circles. In the blink of an eye, the ice pillar that Toshiro had frozen using the Shikai Hyōketsu was shattered into pieces.
Having broken free from the icicles, Satan's magic circle behind him continued to emit light, West Bureau captains, who were just about to take action, were suddenly bound in place by a gravitational force.
Harry Sack was all too familiar with this feeling. Looking at the seven magic circles that were still shining, a bad premonition welled up in his heart.
"The Fairy Tale Dragon is going to destroy the world!"
Before the others could figure out what Harry Sack was shouting, the next moment, a scene familiar to Harry Sack gradually reappeared.
Everyone in London was suppressed by the weight of the red dress, the earth cracked open by the power of the Golden Axe, Hell controlled by the Candy House burst forth, poisonous gas controlled by Snow White spread little by little, and stardust scattered by Cinderella was mixed in, the only difference being that there were also bubbles that made people feel like they were in a dream.
It's going to start all over again. London has already been overturned once, and this time the ground itself will be ripped up, flipped over, and then pounded on with shovels. This is a force even more terrifying than the one in the Six Fairy Tales.
These captains, possessing considerable power, can fly and use their abilities to drive away the exploding stardust and bubbles, but what about the other residents? How will they survive? This time, Sawada Tsunayoshi hasn't returned to London yet!
Panic, chaos, and screams played out repeatedly at London's evacuation sites. Everyone was cursing the London government, asking why another earthquake had struck, especially one that felt even more terrifying than the previous one, with no normal person able to stand still.
In other words, everyone who stood firm was Magicians, but even they were helpless. People like Nini and Noelle were only rudimentary Magicians. Even if they joined forces to use magic, they couldn't withstand the cataclysmic destruction of the Fairy Tale Dragon.
"Orihime, can you use the Six-Day Forbidden Shield?!"
Just as Nana and Iemitsu were getting anxious, a delightful voice rang in their ears. It was Tatsuki and Orihime leaping over from a distance.
"No, the elves are still resting," Orihime said. Forget about the Six Heavens Forbidden Shield, she couldn't even use the Soten Kisshun. The Arc Shield was still okay, though. Tsubaki hadn't expended too much energy.
"Tatsuki- chan!" Nana exclaimed excitedly.
Before Tatsuki could even greet them, he turned to the Sawada couple and asked, "Uncle and Aunt, do you think it's better to be run over or drowned?"
Nana's mind went completely blank, but Iemitsu reacted quickly, "Go for it, Tatsuki!"
Drowning was caused by Tatsuki using his Poseidon form to create a lake around the area, which allows people to float on the surface. However, Tatsuki's skill level is not enough to guarantee that everyone will survive.
In that instant, Iemitsu made a decision: rather than being crushed to death by the power of the Fairy Tale Dragon, perhaps more people would survive the turbulence on the water's surface.
"Wait, Tatsuki! Look at the sky!" Just as Tatsuki was about to unleash his Flash Cry, Orihime called out to Tatsuki.
A massive hole appeared in the sky, and all the Magicians recognized it as the magic that teleported them from Reverse London to Outer London. At this point, what kind of support could possibly reach Outer London?
A dragon! That's a dragon!
The Magicians could clearly see that what emerged from the teleportation spell were countless dragons, in all shapes and sizes. Many of the Magicians even recognized them as the dragons they usually rode.
A weak voice rang out in the public channel, "I'm sorry, Captain Wolfgang, I made a decision before you."
"Sacareen? You've recovered?" Wolfgang exclaimed.
The person in the channel was Sacareen, who had been poisoned by Askin. He had been in a coma, and his assistant had been taking over the Development Squad's work.
"Not yet, cough cough..."
Sacareen's voice sounded like a candle flickering in the wind. He didn't waste time explaining his condition, but continued to state his purpose.
"Everyone, don't forget, London isn't just our home... I've spoken with those old fogies... and they've agreed... the entire Dragon Raja... to join the war!"
