For the savior, who had always succeeded at everything he did, spending over a century testing thousands of bunker bases only to find a single correct password was a major setback.
Entropy couldn't take this any longer!
In a foul mood, Entropy entered the fully automated secret laboratory with hundreds of Superhumans. A second-level Superhuman officer recalled some information about the laboratory.
"Prion Research Lab."
It explained, "This technology was brought to the Frost Continent by a Derivative twenty-seven thousand years ago. They discovered that any species in the Star Curtain World would gradually produce a terrifying toxic protein in its body if it continually ate members of its own kind. They named it the prion."
After a moment's thought, it continued, "Once we obtained the relevant technical information, we used our intelligence systems to try to develop more advanced applications. We wanted to drive the creatures of the Star Curtain World mad and make them devour one another. We conducted several experiments on the Storm Continent, but the results weren't ideal. So among the Law Weapon projects in our many laboratories, this was merely a backup plan of little importance."
Entropy was disappointed.
The Law Weapon technology here had once been rated by the Superhuman Civilization as an obscure, inferior branch. It was an edge technology rejected by the civilization's mainstream. After spending so long opening a laboratory, Entropy was deeply disappointed.
It could have forced its way into the laboratories that had survived the cataclysm.
But just like the bunker system, these laboratories had become independent units after the Superhuman citizen system was destroyed. Their internal intelligence systems were on the highest alert. According to the worst-case plan made during construction, if they suffered an attack they couldn't withstand, they would immediately initiate self-destruction and destroy everything inside.
