But there was only one country in Starveil Land that currently had enough money and an industrial system.

That was the Grand Duchy!

The Great Warlock King, a curse mage who had been quietly recording Reilo's explanations of Radiation Weapons, took a deep breath after Reilo had finished covering every key point, then silently looked toward the Capricorn Duke.

The Capricorn Duke looked rather bored.

He had no interest at all in such external forces, or in so-called Natural Science.

"Well?"

The curse mage before him might or might not have been his true body.

Reilo could sense that his vast, ocean-like Mental Power was nearly on par with that of some Superhumans. He truly was an unprecedented genius hypnotist in Starveil Land.

At that moment, he looked like a bald man with no eyebrows, though his chin was covered in dense white stubble.

Of course, he remembered Reilo, too.

More than ten years ago, during the plan to rescue the Capricorn Duke, Reilo had nearly caused him to fail at the final hurdle over the Sun and Moon Magic Eye.

Fortunately, things had turned around at the Holy See!

Unnamed had been secretly sent back to the Dark World by that being, and only then had they finally rescued the Capricorn Duke. The Dark World had gone on to enjoy the prosperous situation it had today.

But at this point, he clearly could no longer pursue the matter.

Though the man before him had not joined the Dark World, he was an important fugitive wanted by the Holy See and, in a sense, a
