As Reilo struggled to keep the fifth-level Singularity Technique stable with his right hand, he extended his left and pointed gently at the glimmering light. The Bubble Technique flashed into existence and vanished in an instant.
This Bubble Technique was somewhat different from an ordinary one.
First, its surface shimmered with a faint green glow. It was clearly the form it took when empowered by the Law Power of radiation.
Second, faint silver runes seemed to flicker within it. This was unmistakably the effect of the silver flames of the Mithril Dust Seal!
Empowered by both, the bubble's power was clearly extraordinary.

However, Reilo's attempt to capture and seal the Tears of Dawn with the Bubble Technique failed. The streak of light pierced through it in the blink of an eye.
In an instant, the feedback from the Bubble Technique made Reilo feel as though a starfall had slammed into him, instantly destroying the bubble formed by his outstretched will.
"Then let's try this."
This time, Reilo transformed his left hand into the Siphon Technique. A pale green halo of gravity, like a rainbow after the rain, sought to envelop the glimmering light.
But, unfortunately,
the once-infallible Siphon Technique couldn't even lock onto the Tears of Dawn as it sped away.
Seeing the streak of light begin to escape the Singularity Technique's magnetic field by relying on centrifugal force, Reilo let out a low growl and took out the Mithril Dust Seal.
With a whoosh,
pages fluttered through the air, illuminated by the silver-white glow of its secret flames.
Then the silver-white flames drifted out of the pages, forming tens of thousands of densely packed runes. At Reilo's gentle point, they surged toward the glimmering light.
