After thinking it over, Bailan nodded in agreement.
"Judging from the Academic World's analysis of the technologies used in the two civilizations' flying devices, the Black Death Civilization's ability to wage a cataclysmic war and its spacetime technology are both far beyond those of the Tidal Civilization. Choosing the more threatening enemy and eliminating it as soon as possible would indeed better serve the Academic World's interests. But, Mentor, what are you still worried about?"
