Rasengan Shuriken

"So powerful!" Jiraiya's eyes widened.

"A jutsu released with one hand, without hand seals? How have I never heard of it?" Orochimaru asked, full of questions. Tsunade hadn't heard of it either.

"Of course, you haven't heard of it. This jutsu is my own creation. Only I in Konoha know it. This jutsu has reached A-rank."

As he spoke, Tianqi slowly raised his right hand, and a small blue orb appeared in his palm. "I've named this jutsu Rasengan, meaning swirling Chakra ball."

"It's indeed a one-handed, no-hand-seal jutsu. I wonder about its power," the three looked at the blue orb in Tianqi's hand. Orochimaru voiced his opinion.

"Yeah, yeah, Big Brother Tianqi, hurry up and show us its power!" Jiraiya was excited to see it was truly a one-handed, no-hand-seal jutsu. If the power was sufficient, this would be a divine technique!

"Everyone, step back and watch."

Hearing Tianqi's words, they all moved aside. Tang He, however, ran far away. Ninja jutsu were very powerful, and he didn't want to get caught in the crossfire.

"Let me show you what power is. Rasengan!" With that, Tianqi held the Rasengan and slammed it onto the ground.

The Rasengan touched the ground, and with a bang, a crater appeared, with cracks slowly spreading around its edges.

Orochimaru and the others stared at the crater created by the Rasengan, dumbfounded.

"Holy crap, this jutsu is easy to cast, and I didn't expect its power to be this strong! To create such a technique, Big Brother Tianqi, you're the true genius!" Jiraiya, seeing how powerful the Rasengan was, immediately showered Tianqi with praise.

"Indeed, he can be called a genius," Orochimaru concurred.

Tsunade thought to herself, I didn't expect him to create such a technique. This Uchiha is truly not simple.

"Damn, ninjas are indeed powerful. The Land of Hot Water has hope!" Tang He, witnessing this, shed tears.

"This is just its most basic form. If developed to its extreme, it can instantly kill Kage-level ninja," Tianqi said proudly, seeing their shocked expressions.

"Wind Style - Rasengan Shuriken!"

Tianqi shouted the jutsu's name and threw the Rasengan Shuriken towards the distant forest.

"Such a high density of Chakra, and he can throw it?" Orochimaru was shocked again, watching the Rasengan Shuriken fly away.

Bang! The Rasengan Shuriken landed in the forest, stirring up a hurricane. Tang He and the other three immediately hid behind Tianqi.

When the hurricane subsided, they looked ahead and saw that the once lush forest had been leveled.

"Terrifying power. This is already within the scope of forbidden jutsu. If a Kage-level ninja is hit, there's absolutely no chance of survival," Orochimaru was directly awestruck by this immense energy.

"What a powerful Uchiha Tianqi. No wonder the Senju clan doesn't want to provoke him. As long as he exists, the Senju clan will always be suppressed by him," Tsunade frowned, looking at the leveled forest.

"Big Brother Tianqi, are you really willing to teach me such a powerful jutsu?" Jiraiya asked in disbelief.

"After this mission is over, I'll teach you when we return to the village. However, you'll have to learn step by step from the Rasengan, and only then can you learn the Rasengan Shuriken," Tianqi said, patting Jiraiya on the shoulder.

"I believe, I believe, I believe!" Tang He nodded frantically. He kind of regretted inviting this ninja. If he was this strong and actually destroyed the Land of Hot Water, there would be no one to reason with. It was best not to provoke him.

"No wonder you want to continue the mission, Big Brother Tianqi. With your strength, this mission is like playing. It seems this mission will be very easy," Jiraiya said with a smile. Orochimaru and Tsunade also nodded.

As they were talking, two Konoha ninja appeared before them.

"Halt! Who are you?" the two Konoha ninja asked the group.

"We are Konoha ninja, out on a mission," Tsunade stepped forward. She was the princess of the Land of Fire, and she believed these two ninja should recognize her.

"Just because you say you're Konoha ninja doesn't mean you are. This is the border of the Land of Fire. I strongly suspect you are spies from an enemy country. Quickly produce proof of your identity as Konoha ninja, or I will detain you!" The two ninja didn't recognize Tsunade and spoke sternly.

Unbeknownst to them, Tianqi and the others had unknowingly arrived at the border of the Land of Fire.

"I am Tsunade. Don't you recognize me?" Tsunade was surprised that there were Konoha ninja who didn't recognize her.

"Yes, we are indeed ninja on a mission from Konoha," Orochimaru and Jiraiya also spoke up.

"Yes, ninja lords, they are truly Konoha ninja. They are escorting me back to the Land of Hot Water. Please believe them," Tang He also began to speak for the group.

"Stop the nonsense. Quickly produce proof of your identity," the two ninja ignored them and just kept urging them to produce proof.

When ninjas leave the village on a mission, they must register and receive a departure permit. These three rookies didn't know that, and the permit was currently in Tianqi's hand.

"Hey, do you recognize me?" Tianqi, seeing that they were about to fight if they kept arguing, quickly stepped forward and greeted the two ninjas.

"Who are you..." A younger ninja was about to speak when the slightly older ninja next to him covered his mouth. He realized the person approaching was Uchiha Tianqi and immediately said obsequiously, "So it's Lord Tianqi, are you heading out on a mission?" The older ninja came right up to Tianqi, bowed his head, and asked with a fawning expression that was a stark contrast to his previously arrogant demeanor.

The three of Jiraiya showed looks of disdain. "Softies, sycophants." They felt utterly ashamed of such behavior.
