Susanoo Defends Against the Enemy

The Iwagakure Ninja also noticed what was happening at the Tsuchikage Building.

"This is bad! Enemies have invaded! Hurry and protect Lord Tsuchikage!" A large group of ninja rushed toward the Tsuchikage. The village alarm blared, and Iwagakure descended into chaos.

At that moment, Ōnoki stared at the gigantic Susanoo and dropped to his knees. "W-What have I done?" The sight of the enormous Susanoo finally shocked him back to his senses. There was no Uchiha Madara before him—only the gigantic Susanoo, with Tianqi standing inside it.

The ninja who had reached the area around the building immediately attacked the gigantic Susanoo.

"Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet Technique!"

"Earth Release: Rock Iron Gun Technique!"

"Earth Release: Earth Spear!"

All kinds of techniques came flying at Tianqi, who watched as if nothing were happening.

"Attacks at this level can't break through Susanoo's defenses. Since you've made your move, don't blame me." Two chakra blades formed in Susanoo's hands.

Tianqi controlled Susanoo as it swung at Iwagakure. Boom! With every strike, a terrifying blade of energy swept out fifty meters. Huge cracks split the streets, houses were destroyed, and more than a dozen ninja lost their lives.

Tianqi kept reaping the lives of the Iwagakure Ninja with one strike after another. The surrounding buildings collapsed as well.

Ōnoki watched his village being destroyed and his ninja slaughtered, yet they kept charging forward. The fear of being dominated by Susanoo slowly faded as he saw them charge.

"As Tsuchikage, am I really worth less than these brave ninja who are fighting with their lives on the line? I'm not afraid anymore! Susanoo, here I come!" Ōnoki summoned his courage and charged straight at Tianqi.

"This is Iwagakure! Konoha Ninja, that's enough! Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique!"

Ōnoki coated his fist with the Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique and caught Tianqi off guard, punching Susanoo and sending it flying. This technique could add weight to anything, making it as heavy as a mountain.

"It's the Tsuchikage! Lord Tsuchikage is here!" When they saw the giant get knocked away and Ōnoki appear, the crowd erupted in cheers.

Tianqi, who had been sent flying by the sneak attack, turned to look at Ōnoki. "Not bad, Ōnoki. You've got some fight in you."

"Konoha Ninja, are you trying to start a war between the Land of Earth and the Land of Fire?" Ōnoki roared at Tianqi.

"It won't come to war. I only came here today to tell you not to reach your hands too far." At the mention of war, Tianqi stopped attacking.

"If you don't want a war, then stop this right now! Isn't destroying all these houses and killing all these ninja enough?" Ōnoki shouted through gritted teeth, looking at the ruined buildings and the ninja corpses littering the ground.

"Lord Tsuchikage, you can't just let him go! He killed so many of our brothers. He has to pay for it in blood!" When the crowd saw that Ōnoki seemed inclined to let Tianqi go, they spoke up at once.

"Enough! All of you, shut up! Haven't we suffered enough losses? Do any of you think you can take him down?" Ōnoki scolded them.

When the ninja saw that Lord Tsuchikage was furious, they could only fall silent, glaring at Tianqi.

"I won't invade another country again. What do you say, Konoha Ninja?" Ōnoki looked at Tianqi, waiting for his answer.

"Since you're being reasonable, I'll stop playing with you. I won't even need Perfect Susanoo." As he agreed, Tianqi made sure to threaten Ōnoki: he still had Perfect Susanoo, so Ōnoki had better not cause trouble.

"Then we'll call a truce. Leave the Land of Earth immediately. You're never welcome here." Seeing that Tianqi agreed to stop, Ōnoki waved him away.

"Tch. Who'd want to come to a place where even the birds don't shit?" Tianqi turned to leave.

"Wait! Konoha Ninja, tell me your name," Ōnoki called after him.

"What for? So you can take revenge on me? Listen up: my name is Uchiha Tianqi. I'm your eternal nightmare. If you want revenge, I'll be waiting." Tianqi looked at the assembled ninja.

Uchiha Tianqi? So he was an Uchiha—he must be that man's descendant. No wonder he looked so much like him, and was so strong. "Uchiha Tianqi, I'll report what happened here to your Hokage. I'll demand an explanation," Ōnoki said viciously after a moment's thought.

"Do whatever you like. I don't care." Tianqi understood what Ōnoki was getting at: I can't beat you, but I can go to your Kage and have him punish you. Unfortunately for Ōnoki, Tianqi didn't care at all. Who would dare punish him? If pushed too far, he could simply take over and become Hokage himself. Then Tianqi activated Kamui and left Iwagakure.

"Hmph... I don't believe you don't care. Even if you really don't, I'll report you to Sarutobi Hiruzen and make him expel you from Konoha, weakening Konoha's forces. I, Ōnoki of Both Scales, will remember this grudge against Konoha."

"What are you all standing around for? Hurry up and clean up this mess!" Ōnoki saw everyone still looking at him and immediately gave them orders.

There was no denying that Ōnoki had complete control over all of Iwagakure. In that respect, he was far more effective than Konoha.

After this battle, Tianqi's reputation as the Asura spread throughout Iwagakure. Ōnoki even issued an order: if any ninja encountered Uchiha Tianqi while on a mission, they could abandon their mission immediately and would face no punishment.

Tianqi knew nothing about this. He was using Kamui repeatedly to leap from place to place. It took him over an hour to get back to where Tsunade and the others were resting. Who would believe that someone could cross between two countries in just a few hours and attack a major ninja village?

As soon as Tianqi pushed open the door, Jiraiya and the others saw him.

"Big Brother Tianqi, you're back! Did you deal with the fleeing ninja?" Jiraiya asked.

"Yeah, yeah! Your clone disappeared earlier, and I thought something had happened to you. Uh... I mean, to us." Tsunade said shyly.

Orochimaru wasn't at all surprised to see Tianqi return. With his strength, dealing with those rookies would be child's play.

Tianqi awkwardly rubbed his nose. If I told them I went to attack Iwagakure, they'd be scared out of their minds. He said, "It's fine. They were just nobodies, so they were easy to deal with."

Tang He came in at that moment. "Oh, Lord Tianqi, you're still here looking after them?" He had learned Tianqi's name from Jiraiya and the others. Tang He had no idea Tianqi had left, let alone that he had now returned.

"Tang He, the mission's over now. Get me something to eat and arrange a place for me to stay. I want to get some proper rest for a few days. I'm exhausted after all this." Tianqi said to Tang He.

"No problem! You're a hero of the Land of Hot Water. Rest here as long as you like. The people of our country will be glad to take good care of you!" Tang He replied happily. Tianqi had dealt with their enemies, freeing everyone. Now no one would force them to work, so of course he was happy.

"All right, there's no need to be so formal. Just treat me normally. You three, focus on recovering. I'm going to have a meal with Tang He, then get some rest." With that, Tianqi left with Tang He.

After eating, Tianqi lay down on the bed Tang He had arranged for him and stared at the ceiling. The incident at Iwagakure got out of hand. Things will probably be troublesome when I get back to the village. I'd better make the most of these few days and rest.

On the way back, I'll teach Jiraiya the Rasengan. I probably won't have time once we get to the village. As Tianqi thought about it, he drifted off to sleep. His body had been fine even after all those battles, but his mind was exhausted.
