As he walked down the street, Tianqi remarked with a sigh, "I never thought Sarutobi Hiruzen would change so quickly. Power really does corrupt a person, doesn't it? If Sarutobi Hiruzen is truly this weak, then Danzo should have already established Root, an organization that lives in the shadows."
