After dinner, I went into my younger sister's room.
She was curled up on her bed, playing a game on her phone. When she saw me come in, she didn't even look up.
I closed the door, sat down on the edge of her bed, and waited for her to finish the round.
My sister put down her phone and looked at me, her gaze calm and her expression unreadable.
