Afghanistan, a terrorist organization's base.
Looking at the little thing that had just been completed and was now glowing white after being powered on, Dr. Yinsen murmured, "That doesn't look like a Jericho Missile."
Tony Stark visibly relaxed. Staring at the small device, he said, "It's a Miniature Arc Reactor. There's a larger one back home powering my factory. This can keep the shrapnel from reaching my heart."
Yinsen did not know much about this field, but he knew that keeping the shrapnel inside Mr. Stark's body in place required enough electricity to sustain an electromagnetic field. So he asked, "How's its power output?"
Tony answered, "If I calculated it right, three billion joules per second."
Yinsen froze for a moment, stunned by the number. "That's enough for you to live fifty times over."
There was no joy on Tony's face. "Yeah. Or enough to power a big guy for fifteen minutes."
He turned around, picked up a stack of finished blueprints, and said softly, "Next, we'll use the materials we have to build this big guy. It may take one or two months. This is how we're getting out of here."
Looking at the complicated structural diagrams on the blueprints, Yinsen was completely puzzled. "What is this?"
"Lay them out," Tony said.
Yinsen spread out the blueprints. It looked like some kind of cool Gundam-like mech. The corners of his mouth lifted slightly. "Impressive... May God grant those terrorists enough patience."

A plane stopped on the tarmac, and Coulson and Melinda stepped out.
The man assigned to receive them was a rather lean Black colonel.
"Agent Coulson, Agent Mei."
A faint smile appeared on the Black colonel's stern face. "I'm Rhodey... You finally made it after all this time!"
"Something held
