"What happened?" Penelope had a headache. She had already examined the two girls' wounds; they were not even that deep. Did they really need to scream so loudly?
The commotion had grown rather large. The girl who had run out had shouted at the top of her lungs, and nearly every student in the Ravenclaw girls' dormitory had heard her.
Now, Luna's dormitory door was surrounded by people.
The bullying girl who had not been scratched made accusations first. "This wild girl brought a stray cat back from outside, and it scratched them all!"
Penelope ignored her and turned to Luna. "Luna, tell me what happened."
Penelope was already a sixth-year. With her experience, she had long formed a few guesses.
Luna said, "Preserved Egg isn't a stray cat. They wanted to drive Preserved Egg away, so Preserved Egg scratched them."
Luna had clearly recognized that the black cat was not Preserved Egg, yet she chose to say that it was. Her subconscious was driving her to do so.
The bullying girl said again, "Whether this black cat is Preserved Egg or Rotten Egg, it isn't your Familiar. You can't bring it into the dormitory without our permission!"
A girl squeezed in from the crowd outside the door. She was Geralt's girlfriend, Lisa.
Lisa accused them, "Preserved Egg is Matthew Black's Familiar. Luna obviously wouldn't keep it in the dormitory long-term. It was only staying here for one night, and you have such a huge problem with that?"
Lisa knew Luna. She had seen Matthew and Luna eating together.
The expressions of the three bullying girls instantly turned extremely ugly. Part of the reason they had bullied Luna was because they had seen her interacting with Matthew Black, the school's star student. On top of that, Luna never fought back,
