Seeing their envious expressions, Matthew's gaze shifted. He suddenly recalled what Merlin had told him before he left the future Timeline—he could fill in the blanks of history.
The blanks of history... The only records later generations had of these siblings were in the Black family history, and even that contained only a few sentences about their contributions to the Black family. There was no record whatsoever of the details of their lives.

Matthew fell into deep thought.
A small hand in a lace glove waved before Matthew's eyes, pulling his wandering thoughts back.
Irina pouted. "Why are you spacing out again? I'm asking whether you want to come to the old house with us."
Matthew thought it over. Since he had nowhere else to stay, he agreed. "If I can, of course I'd like to. I don't have anywhere to settle down right now."
Irina clapped excitedly. Matthew was the first Wizard she had met besides her brother, and he was even a Wizard who had received a magical education. That made her very interested in him.
"Later, we can go look for villages where Wizards gather together!"
During the rest of the journey, Irina asked Matthew to tell her about what he had seen in the Magical World. She had grown up in a Muggle household, and everything she knew about Wizards had come from other Muggles. It never felt quite real.
