Moscow's early spring chill was biting, and they felt cold as soon as they stepped off the train.

Cassandra shivered, tightened her coat around herself, and stamped her boots.

Cassandra tucked in her neck, using her collar to keep out the cold wind. "I arranged a time with them. They should be waiting at the station entrance."

Matthew said, "Then let's go. Irina, stay with us."

"Okay."

The black-haired girl was named Irina. She knew English, and Sirius quietly said something to her, easing some of her worries about her father.

In fact, it was Matthew and the other two's first time in Moscow, and they did not know how to enter the Wizarding World here.

However, they had been in contact with the Magical Truth Newspaper for some time. As soon as they left the station, they saw quite a few groups holding signs while waiting for people.

Matthew quickly found a sign that read Times Publishing. Times Publishing was the company Matthew had registered in the Muggle World.

Of the two people holding the sign, one was a somewhat plump middle-aged man wearing a tall sheepskin hat, a suit, and leather shoes. The other was a young woman in a long fitted coat, its cinched waist making it resemble a dress.

Their clothing did not stand out even among the surrounding Muggles.

"Hello, I'm Matthew Black, chairman of Times Publishing."

"Oh—hello. I'm Boris, president of the Truth Newspaper."

"Hello, I'm Bella, the president's assistant."

Matthew and the others smiled as they shook hands with the two of them.

To Matthew's surprise, the pair led them to a Muggle-made automobile.

Boris took the driver's seat and drove personally.

Matthew asked curiously, "Boris, you can actually drive a Muggle car. That's quite rare in the United Kingdom's Wizarding World."
