Background / History
Wu Xian was a detective before becoming a Favored One. He considers locating people and avoiding detection his most-developed skills from his investigative career. His experience with cases and criminal behavior remains central to his approach in Blessed Lands. 54
He enters successive Blessed Lands, where Favored Ones survive evil-spirit incidents, worship god statues for powers, and receive evaluations from the Immortals and Gods. His early survival strategy prioritizes adaptable tools and immediate self-preservation over impressive but situational rewards. 86 88
After surviving the Xianwei City cycle, Wu Xian becomes determined to preserve his memories and escape its repeating causality. He discovers that Xianwei City is a special scene within a Blessed Land rather than a conventional Blessed Land itself. 61 76
His later accomplishments elevate him to One Lotus Favored One status. The City God's Department assigns him Han Xiaoying as a dedicated assistant and tasks him with reporting and assisting in the elimination of “Evil Persons,” whose actions create calamities and evil spirits in both reality and Blessed Lands. 367
Appearance
Wu Xian is a young man with curly hair. His facial skin becomes exceptionally resilient after the residual effects of the “Born Thick-skinned” curse concentrate in his face. 24 178

Personality
Wu Xian is practical, analytical, and highly survival-oriented. When choosing god-worship rewards, he consistently favors versatility, reliable activation conditions, and tools that remain useful across unknown Blessed Lands. 88 157 178
He is capable of ruthlessness: he abandons Su Huijin despite her pleas, kills Lu Yao and Wang Zhiwu, and shows no mercy to a driver he considers responsible for endangering others. 43 177 At the same time, he takes responsibility for survivors, repays assistance received from Tong Yuai, and shares useful intelligence with allies. 177 210 264
His curiosity drives much of his exploration. He dislikes leaving unclear phenomena unexplained, a trait that influences his selection of the flexible but unpredictable Ghost Drawing Talisman. 365
