Background / History

Gu Yue Na awakened beneath the Lake of Life after sensing Yun Yuan's ascension to godhood. Still recovering from injuries, she discovered that Di Tian and several major Soul Beasts had left her side because they had become Soul Rings or Soul Spirits. Learning that Yun Yuan's Soul Spirit Method had greatly improved the Soul Beast clan's circumstances, she developed goodwill toward him and left the Star Dou Great Forest to investigate the human world herself. 178

Although Di Tian had initially become a Soul Ring, Yun Yuan and Gu Yue Na later helped him reshape his physical body and raise his cultivation toward the million-year threshold. 184

After traveling across the continent and witnessing peaceful coexistence between humans and Soul Beasts, Gu Yue Na visited Martial Soul City with Di Tian. She proposed an alliance with Yun Yuan, seeking his help to eventually remove the restriction barring Soul Beasts from godhood. In exchange for cooperation, she shared her Creation Power and Elemental Power with him in prolonged cultivation exchanges, while Yun Yuan treated the lingering injuries inflicted by the Asura God Sword. 184 187

The end of her treatment left Gu Yue Na distressed by the prospect of separating from Yun Yuan. Di Tian recognized her feelings and encouraged her to pursue him, both for her own happiness and for the Soul Beast clan's future.
