"Then this USB drive is the key to bringing her back to life?" Shirou held the USB drive in disbelief. "Shinji, how did you do it?"
"Hmph, Shirou, you were right. Ha, that's exactly the kind of worshipful look you should be giving me!"
Shirou: "...Who's worshipping you? Just tell me already!"
Shinji rubbed his nose and sighed. "Simply put, I connected to the collapsed Moon Cell and downloaded Hakuno's data. Luckily, since Hakuno's body on Earth really couldn't be used anymore, she was still drifting around in the Moon Cell. Otherwise, we'd have been in trouble."
"Then what do we do?" Shirou shook the USB drive. "Can she still come back to life?"
"Of course she can." Shinji nodded confidently, took the USB drive from Shirou's hand, and plugged it into the computer. A brown-haired girl with straight bangs, dressed in Moon Sea Academy's uniform, appeared on Shinji's monitor. But perhaps because it was simply too difficult for a human to survive inside a computer, Hakuno's movements were practically lagging like a slideshow.
She couldn't even get a single sentence out for what felt like ages.
Sakura blinked. She really was a girl with an incredibly weak presence. Somehow, she felt like the sort of girl who would make a terrifying enemy. Did all the girls Senpai liked have such little presence?
Shirou thought it over carefully. This computer was just too lousy. Sure enough, simulating a human body required a supercomputer on the level of the Moon Cell.
"This is just an accident, an accident! Once I optimize my program a little more, it'll work!" Shinji said awkwardly.
"But what's the point of this?" Shirou looked at the screen, utterly speechless.
"At least she can communicate through the screen now! That's better than being dead, isn't it?" Shinji
