"Hakuno! Hakuno! Can you hear me?" An image appeared beside Shirou, carrying Sakura's voice. "Thank goodness, we finally got through. There was a burst of wailing and screaming over the comms just now. The enemy attacked us with sonic waves—it was terrifying. Shinji and Leo have already passed out!"
"What about you, Sakura? Were you attacked too?" Hakuno asked.
"Yes, but since I'm an AI, I'm doing a little better."
Elizabeth heard the voice coming from the image and bit down on her lip. Tears welled in her eyes.
Call her weak, and she would only torture them for a while. Call her stupid, then so be it—she never thought herself particularly smart anyway.
But she liked music. She loved singing. To have someone point out to her face that her singing was terrible—she couldn't stand for it!
