Xu Fan and his companions completed the Sea God’s trials on Sea God Island while Xu Fan helped Tang Yuehua awaken her ability to cultivate and fought alongside the women against the Evil Spirit Orcas. After defeating the Orca King, Xu Fan prepared to return to the mainland and face Tang San’s allies in the Soul Master Competition.

• Xu Fan and his companions arrived on Sea God Island, where Poseidon met Xu Fan and agreed that he would help Bo Saixi while Poseidon sought a successor.
• Xu Fan received a Black Level Seven Trial and the Martial God Cauldron, then climbed Sea God’s Light and completed the first assessment.
• Xu Fan gave Tang Yuehua an Immortal Herb that restored her ability to cultivate, and she awakened a jade-colored Martial Soul and a domain that aided those around her.
• The women completed the first three assessments with Xu Fan’s guidance, gaining strength through Sea God’s Light and Tidal Body Tempering while Xu Fan reached level seventy-three.
• Xiaobai asked Xu Fan and the women to help avenge her brother by killing the Evil Spirit Orcas, and they traveled to the pod’s territory to begin the fourth assessment.
• Xu Fan and the women fought the Evil Spirit Orcas as Xiaobai’s sharks guarded them, and Xu Fan killed the Hundred-Thousand-Year Evil Orca King with Martial God Weapon: Liberation.
• Xu Fan had Xiaojin absorb the Orca King’s Soul Ring, and the group completed the fourth assessment before preparing to return to the mainland.

Xu Fan and the women completed the Sea God assessments, and Bo Saixi left Sea God Island to pursue her inheritance with Xu Fan’s help. After Bo Saixi advanced through the God of War Tower, Xu Fan gained a new Soul Bone and Bibi Dong headed to Heaven Dou City as Ning Rongrong told her family about the divine inheritance.

• Bo Saixi set the Fifth Assessment against the Sacred Pillar Douluos, and Ling Yuan and Liu Erlong defeated Sea Dragon Douluo and Sea Spear Douluo before the others completed their trials after further training.
• Xu Fan and the women faced Bo Saixi in the Sixth Assessment, and Xu Fan used Martial God Heavenly Domain to seal her abilities and pass.
• Xu Fan received his Sixth Assessment rewards, including a Fighting Spirit Soul Core and a seventh Soul Ring, while the group gained Soul Power and Bo Saixi asked how he would help her inherit the Sea God position.
• Xu Fan gave Bo Saixi an Immortal Herb and invited her to the continent, and Bo Saixi departed Sea God Island with Sea Witch and Xiaobai.
• The group returned to Heaven Dou City, where Liu Erlong suspended Yu Xiaogang’s salary and Xu Fan sent Bo Saixi into the God of War Tower.

• Ning Rongrong told Ning Fengzhi, Chen Xin, and Gu Rong about the Sea God inheritance, while Bibi Dong met Hu Liena and Lingyuan and directed them to return with her to Heaven Dou City.

Xu Fan helped Ye Qingli gain a Life Deer Soul Spirit, introduced soul-core cultivation to his companions, and challenged the God of War Tower’s eighth level. He then began building a Soul Tool partnership with the Speed Clan, arriving at its residence to negotiate with Bai He.

• Ye Qingli absorbed an Immortal Herb, evolved her Martial Soul, and formed a contract with a Life Deer that gave her four Soul Rings and raised her Soul Power to rank 85.
• Bibi Dong visited Xu Fan’s mansion, learned about soul spirits and soul cores, and used the God of War Tower to clear its spider-filled seventh level before returning to Xu Fan.
• Xu Fan defeated the Dark Golden Fear Claw Bears on the tower’s eighth level with the Golden Behemoth and claimed rewards that strengthened them both.
• Bai Chenxiang arrived in Heaven Dou City, and Xu Fan offered the Speed Clan Soul Tool technology and a share of the profits from manufacturing and sales.
• Xu Fan’s group traveled to the Speed Clan’s territory in a spacious spatial Soul Tool carriage and reached the clan’s poor but orderly city.
• Bai Chenxiang introduced Xu Fan and Bibi Dong to Bai He, and Xu Fan proposed cooperation between the Speed Clan, Spirit Hall, and the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.

Xu Fan brought the Speed, Defense, and Breaking Clans into cooperation with Spirit Hall, then helped establish Soul Spirit Towers while his companions prepared for the tournament. Blue Tyrant Academy qualified for the finals, Qian Renxue reunited with Xu Fan, and Bibi Dong imprisoned Yu Xiaogang after learning Tang San was Tang Hao’s son.

• Xu Fan showed Bai He a Level 3 Soul Tool longsword, and Bai He agreed that the Speed Clan would produce Soul Tools for Spirit Hall and the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect to sell.
• Bai He summoned Yang Wudi and Niu Gao, who agreed to cooperate after testing the Soul Tool and a pill that purified Soul Power.
