• Xue Lingyun made Youyou his Fourth Soul Ring, helped the Immortal Herbs at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, and left with Snow Empress and Xiao Bai.

• Xue Lingyun returned to Shrek Academy at rank 49, showed Huo Yuhao his awakened Ice Bear Second Martial Soul, and helped Ma Xiaotao suppress her Evil Fire.
• Xue Lingyun earned 150 points in the Advancement Assessment by using his Ice Dragon King aura to drive back a thousand-year Frost Sub-Dragon, while Huo Yuhao's simulated hundred-thousand-year Soul Ring halted the assessment.

• Dai Yaoheng warned Dai Huabin to stop targeting Xue Lingyun and urged him to consider winning Xue Lingyun over for the family.
• Ma Xiaotao told the Reserve Team that their inspection mission was to eliminate the Hand of Death, and the group set out for the Mingdou Mountain Range.
• At the White Tiger Duke’s military camp, Huo Yuhao recognized his father but controlled his anger with Xue Lingyun’s help before Shrek entered the mountains.
• The Death Messenger poisoned several Shrek fighters with exploding corpses, but Xue Lingyun stopped his smoke form and froze him to death.

Xue Lingyun helped Shrek Academy advance through the Round Robin and elimination matches while attracting the attention of the Star Luo royal family. The arc ends with Shrek facing Star Luo National Academy in the Semi-Finals, as Xu Jiujiu and Xue Lingyun prepare to meet in battle.

• Beibei and He Caitou defeated Zhengtian Academy’s Yu Mengdi and Yang Yifan, and Xue Lingyun and Jiang Nannan secured Shrek’s 2–0 victory over Zhengtian.
