"Explain the situation to me!"

"Chief Judge, pirates have invaded Judicial Island," a Marine who had run in explained. "They're currently causing chaos all over the island."

The Chief Judge said in disbelief, "Pirates have the audacity to come here and run wild?!"

"Don't worry about this place. Go deal with those bastards," the Chief Judge said. "If Straw Hat dares to come here, I'll cut off his head myself!"

After watching the Marine leave, the Chief Judge said, "Someone actually dares to attack Judicial Island. This is the first time in eight hundred years."

A man in a vest walked step by step from the end of the corridor, spinning a kunai on his finger.

"Who are you?!" the Chief Judge said, staring calmly at Xi Yan. "Why are you here?"

"I'm sure you're not from the island. Are you one of the pirates attacking Judicial Island this time?" the Left Head said.

"Hmph, and when those two piss me off, I curse them out too." said the Right Head.

"Bastards, what the hell are you two blabbing about? This guy's a pirate—why answer his questions at all?" the Chief Judge roared.

Answering whatever someone asks—where's the pride of a Chief Judge in that?!

The two heads jolted awake, then glared at Xi Yan with fury. "Bastard, you must've used some weird trick on us!"

Xi Yan's mouth twitched. This time, he really hadn't used any Illusion—he'd just asked a simple question, and they'd actually answered.

He had to admit, everyone in the Pirate King's world was a goofball at heart.

"Pirate, how did you get here?!" The Chief Judge drew his long saber. "The Great Gate was never opened."

"Naturally. As a pirate, you are evil!" the Chief Judge declared. "And I will represent justice in destroying you!"

"Justice... evil... that old song and dance." Xi Yan picked at his ear. "In the end, it's just because we're on different sides."

"And besides, if you're truly just, why is there so much treasure in your room?"

A playful smirk spread across Xi Yan's face as he glanced at the three heads, whose expressions were souring. "Don't tell me that's your standard salary as Chief Judge."
