Background / History

Xiluo arrives at the CP9 Training Camp from the West Sea and introduces himself to Louis shortly after Louis reaches the facility. He immediately displays unusual awareness: he had noticed Louis before Louis noticed him, recognizes Louis as the South Sea Training Camp’s top trainee, and possesses detailed knowledge of the other candidates and CP organization. 11

At the initial Dao Force test, Xiluo records a score of 970 at age seventeen—second only to Stuart among the trainees at that time. He suggests that he and Louis cooperate against the camp’s monthly elimination system, though Louis remains wary of his motives. 12 13

Xiluo conceals his true capabilities during early assessments.
