Because Anduin had discovered that the change in weight didn't make him feel particularly tired, he knew from his regular physical training that this wasn't a good thing. When you were building muscle, if you didn't feel any tearing or fatigue, it meant you hadn't trained hard enough.
So Anduin quickly adjusted his training instead of focusing solely on weight. He began doing delayed training, using his "psychokinesis" to keep objects floating for as long as possible.
This worked. At first, if he kept it up for more than five minutes, he would start to feel dizzy and foggy. He didn't dare push himself too hard before he understood this ability, so he always stopped as soon as he felt the strain.
But after a day of rest, he found that his mind wasn't affected, so he began setting aside time to train every evening. With years of practice, Anduin could keep it up for longer and longer.
After more than a year of training, Anduin could now keep objects floating for nearly forty minutes.
Anduin controlled the dumbbells floating in the air, making them circle around him like planets orbiting the sun. He kept changing their paths: one moment they traced figure eights, the next they darted up and down.
After a while, Anduin began to feel a little mentally fatigued. He knew it was about time to stop, so he guided the dumbbells back into place and stretched a little. "It's getting easier and easier to control them. I wonder when I'll be able to fly on a sword like they do in novels."
Little did Anduin know that while he was daydreaming, a magical school called Hogwarts was sending out owls bearing letters of admission from somewhere in northern England. One of them was headed for the Allens Church Welfare Institute in London.
At six o'clock the next morning, while almost everyone at the Orphanage was still asleep, Anduin opened his bedroom window and took a deep breath. After getting dressed, he ambled down to the yard, stretched a little, then practiced a set of Tongbei Quan.
"Phew..." Anduin let out a satisfied breath. Sweating lightly, he stretched as he headed for the dining hall as usual.
"Good morning, Mother Tries. I could smell the pumpkin porridge from way down the hall." Anduin greeted the nun preparing breakfast with a smile.
"Good morning, Anduin. Back from your workout? You're up so early every day. If only the other children were half as sensible as you, I'd have an easier time of things." The elderly nun smiled as she ladled him a bowl of porridge.
Anduin took his breakfast with a grin but didn't answer. He wouldn't dare. If the soul in his body weren't that of an adult, he'd probably be even harder to manage than the others.
After wolfing down his breakfast and thanking Mother Tries, Anduin got up and returned to his room.
As soon as he stepped inside, Anduin sensed something was off. A brown owl was unloading its cargo on his desk. Of course, by "unloading its cargo," this didn't mean it was taking a dump. It deftly removed a letter from its leg and set it on the desk, then flew to the windowsill and watched Anduin in silence.
Looking at the scene, Anduin had a vague feeling that something was off about it. He turned and shut the door, then walked straight to his desk and picked up the envelope. There was no stamp. A line of writing in emerald green ink ran across the middle.
To Mr. Anduin Wilson, Allens Church Welfare Institute, Shaftsbury Avenue
Anduin turned the envelope over and saw a shield crest on the back. At its center was a large letter H, and engraved in the four corners of the shield were a lion, an eagle, a badger, and a snake.
"Why would anyone suddenly send me such a strange letter?" Anduin pulled out the letter and began to read.

"Huh? Could this really be the world of Harry Potter?" Anduin stared at the letter in disbelief. He'd never imagined he would end up in a magical world. Even after awakening his magical powers, he'd thought they were nothing more than some kind of "special ability."
Once Anduin realized this astonishing truth, he couldn't help but feel troubled. He hadn't even read Harry Potter in his previous life!
"Wait, that doesn't seem right." Though his memories of his previous life had grown a little hazy since he'd transmigrated—or been reincarnated—and he'd barely watched the Harry Potter movies or read the books, he remembered little about the franchise. But he thought he'd heard a friend mention that it took place sometime after the nineties.
But the year where Anduin was now was 1980!
Anduin carefully went over his memories of his previous life. All he could remember was that Harry Potter had names like "Dumbledore, Harry Potter, and Voldemort." He knew about the wizarding world, of course—it was just waving a little stick at someone and going "pew pew pew," wasn't it? But he knew almost nothing about the actual story. That didn't matter anymore, though, because he seemed to be living in a different era from the movies!
"Well, that's something. I thought I had a special ability, but it turns out everyone around me is a superhero." Anduin felt utterly speechless when he realized that the "psychokinesis" he'd always thought was a superpower was actually "magic." Fortunately, he had an adult's soul, and after taking a few deep breaths, he managed to calm down.
After reading the letter carefully, Anduin stroked his chin and glanced at the owl on the windowsill. "Are you waiting for me to write back? Unfortunately, I've never had a pet before, so I don't have anything nice to offer you."
The owl on the windowsill continued staring at Anduin with its dead-fish eyes.
"All right, I'll write back now." Anduin shrugged, picked up the paper and pen on his desk, and began drafting a reply. He wrote sincerely that he would be delighted to attend Hogwarts, but regretted that he had never had any contact with the wizarding world. He also explained that he was an orphan and asked whether they could offer him any help.
