The End-of-Year Feast was in full swing.

Green and silver streamers were everywhere, and banners bearing giant serpents hung throughout the Great Hall. It had been another fruitful year—Slytherin had won their seventh Academy Cup!

"Before you tuck into all this delicious food, please listen to an old man's rambling for a moment."

On the dais, Dumbledore raised his goblet, his magically amplified voice ringing through the Great Hall.

"What a wonderful year. I'm sure your little minds are even richer than before.

"You have a whole holiday ahead of you, which will give you time to properly digest what you've learned before the next term begins.

"Now, let's hold the Academy Cup presentation.

"The Houses' scores are as follows: fourth place, Gryffindor, 352 points; third place, Hufflepuff, 353 points; second place, Ravenclaw, 426 points; and first place, Slytherin, 553 points."

As soon as he finished speaking, the Slytherin table erupted in deafening cheers and applause.

The young wizards from the other Houses felt bitter, but there was nothing they could do.

It couldn't be helped. Slytherin had Klein!

The professors at school never hid how much they adored the genius. It would have been more surprising if they went an entire lesson without awarding Klein Grindelwald points.

Ron grumbled sourly as he took a gloomy bite of his pie.

Although they were called Gryffindor, they never got many points.
