A Counterattack
Its cry shook the heavens, splitting rocks and piercing the clouds.
With a flap of its wings, the Golden-Crowned White Eagle King conjured a terrifying whirlwind that swept up rocks nearly a foot in diameter and surged toward one of the awakened groups.
The group of awakened individuals fled frantically, but no matter how fast they ran, how could they compare to a whirlwind?
The whirlwind was like an invisible hand that grabbed the awakened ones, spun them around several times, and threw them far away.
In mid-air, several awakened individuals transformed into light and vanished from the Great Rift Valley Treasure Space. Had they not escaped, they would most likely have been brutally killed by the fall.
Qi Ruifeng, being closest to the Eagle King's lair, undoubtedly became the Eagle King's primary target. The Eagle King folded its wings, and its two large, hooked claws lashed out at Qi Ruifeng.
Even Hero Class- level warrior wouldn't dare to directly confront Lord Tier raptor.

After Qi Ruifeng attracted the Eagle King's attention, students from other universities seized the opportunity to rush towards the Eagle King's lair. Some of the quicker ones had already picked a or two Treasure Leaf.
Enraged, the Golden-Crowned White Eagle King turned its head and unleashed a [Peck as swift as lightning, aimed straight at Qi Ruifeng's back.
While both are [Peck] skills, the Golden-Crowned White Eagle King's version is far more ferocious and domineering than that of the Eagle King's consort. This strike is aimed at Qi Ruifeng's vital points in the back, and if it hits, it could very likely result in an instant kill.
Because Qi Ruifeng is an awakened individual with a special Mental Specialty, his physical constitution is undoubtedly a weakness.
Just when everyone thought that Qi Ruifeng would have to find a way to dodge, or even be driven out of the Great Rift, he remained unmoved, still maintaining his forward-charging posture, without even Transformation direction.
