He swept his sword in a circle, trapping both of Li Shuyi's blades. Then he released a burst of force. She felt a pull that added to the momentum of her thrusts, throwing off her grip. Both swords flew from her hands.

With a twist of his wrist, Zuo Yunxuan sent the swords shooting into the sky. In a single exchange, he had disarmed Li Shuyi of both blades while she was on the attack.

Zuo Yunxuan thrust again, his sword as fast as lightning.

This time, Bai Xiaowen was ready. He summoned a Skeleton Sword-and-Shield Soldier in front of Li Shuyi. With a clatter, the skeleton shattered into bone fragments, but Li Shuyi seized the chance to retreat.

Of course, expecting one Skeleton Sword-and-Shield Soldier to stop Zuo Yunxuan was asking too much.
