Once signed, the alliance treaty would be sent through teleportation arrays to the capitals of the continent's nations, where their leaders would sign and swear to uphold it.
The other six nations had already expressed their willingness to form an alliance through their representatives. With the Orc Kingdom—the hardest to win over—joining, the second phase of the main quest was effectively complete.
Once all seven nations had signed and the treaty took full effect, they could lower their guard and contribute their finest legions to the allied army.
The guide Shaman Isgu assigned to Bai Xiaowen was named Mulkan. He was one of Isgu's students and, despite his youth, was already a level 9 Boss Tier fighter.
With Mulkan leading the way, Bai Xiaowen toured Redstone City. Some Orcs inevitably challenged him along the way; after all, they were famously eager to fight.
Bai Xiaowen did not let Li Shuyi step in. Instead, he had Ahan teach the unruly Orc warriors a lesson. Of course, Ahan held back so as not to jeopardize their hard-won peace.
Through casual conversations, Bai Xiaowen also learned a great deal about the Orc Kingdom and Redstone City. Most important, of course, was information related to his and Li Shuyi's quests.
After sorting through it, Bai Xiaowen ranked the most valuable pieces of intelligence by importance and committed them to memory.
Intelligence A: Rul, the master wolf trainer, lived at Redcrest Mountain Camp west of Redstone City. Halaken, the Mother of Direwolves, was there as well.
Intelligence B: Marshal Kilgaz came from the powerful Shadowblade Clan. Even King Kamush had to take his views seriously.
Intelligence C: Before the prophet's visit, High Shaman Isgu had proposed making peace and joining forces against the Abyssal Snakefolk, but Marshal Kilgaz had vetoed the proposal outright.
