Dai Yuhao was taken in by Leng Yaozhu, awakened his Spirit Eyes, and learned that he would become Spirit Ice Douluo Huo Yuhao. After hiding his power and leaving the White Tiger Duke Mansion with his mother, he began forging and joined the Body Sect, while Tang San noticed a rising star whose fate he could not see clearly.

• Leng Yaozhu found Dai Yuhao injured, took him to the Spirit Pagoda, and discovered he was the future Spirit Ice Douluo Huo Yuhao.
• Leng Yaozhu and Han Tianyi trained Dai Yuhao, who awakened the Spirit Eyes with Innate Full Soul Power and gained the Evil Eye Soul Spirit Xiao Yin.

Huo Yuhao gained the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm as his Spirit Soul, awakened the Ice Empress as his Second Martial Soul, and demonstrated his strength at Shrek. In Wanxing City, a clash between Shrek students and Spirit Pagoda members ended with Leng Yaozhu ordering Chen Jin and his disciples detained.

• Huo Yuhao met Bei Bei and Tang Ya in the Star Dou Great Forest, declined Tang Ya’s invitation to join the Tang Sect, and was chosen by the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm as its host.
• Huo Yuhao returned to the present with the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm sealed in his Spirit Sea, then met Electrolux and advanced his Soul Engineering while living with Huo Yun'er.
• Huo Yuhao fused with the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm and gained a Million-Year Soul Ring, then traveled to the Extreme North to seek the Ice Empress.
• The Sky Dream Ice Silkworm defeated and sealed the Ice Empress, and Huo Yuhao persuaded her to become his Second Martial Soul with Electrolux’s help.
• Huo Yuhao revealed his new Martial Soul to Leng Yaozhu, who brought him to Shrek, where he defeated Na'er in a spar using his Spirit Eyes and combat skills.
• Leng Yaozhu arranged for Huo Yuhao to travel to Eastsea City with Han Tianyi and meet her Personal Disciple, Gu Yue, while Huo Yuhao visited Wanxing City with Du Qingyuan.

Huo Yuhao joined Class Zero, tested himself in the Hall of Heroes, and moved to Shrek City while Gu Yue and Di Tian tried to reclaim the Golden Dragon King’s power from Tang Wulin. As Class Zero prepared for a tournament in Skysea City, Huo Yuhao joined the East Sea Blacksmith Association and clashed with Shrek Academy students.

• Leng Yaozhu introduced Huo Yuhao to Gu Yue, and Huo Yuhao later joined Class Zero at Eastsea Academy, where he defeated Tang Wulin and Xie Xie in combat and revealed his Spirit Eyes and three Ten-Thousand-Year Soul Rings.
• Huo Yuhao tackled the Hall of Heroes assessment, defeating projections of the Golden-Haired Girl, Bei Bei, and a historical version of himself before being overwhelmed in the second stage by a powerful Huo Yuhao projection.
• Gu Yue revealed her mission to Di Tian, who tried to extract the Golden Dragon King’s power from Tang Wulin, but Tang San’s Avatar injured Di Tian and protected Tang Wulin.
• Huo Yuhao moved with Huo Yun'er to Shrek City and reopened his Soul Tool Shop, where he rejected Fan Yu’s offer to join Shrek’s Soul Guidance Department and insisted on entering the academy on his own merits.
• Huo Yuhao defeated Tang Wulin, Xie Xie, and Xu Xiaoyan in training, while Wu Changkong selected Gu Yue, Xie Xie, and Tang Wulin for Class Zero’s Junior Group team event and named Xu Xiaoyan as substitute.
• Huo Yuhao joined the East Sea Blacksmith Association after demonstrating his fifth-rank forging skill to Mu Chen, who recognized Zhen Hua as Huo Yuhao’s mentor.
• At the Skysea City tournament, Huo Yuhao stopped Tang Wulin from feeding Xu Lizhi, then stood with Mu Xi when Ye Xinglan scolded her for giving Xu Lizhi biscuits.
• Xie Xie challenged Ye Xinglan after she defended Shrek Academy’s conduct, but Wu Changkong and Shen Yi intervened and sent both groups back to their teams.

Class Zero defeated Shrek Academy’s junior team, then Huo Yuhao refused Shrek’s recruitment offer and secured concessions after Cai Yue'er tried to force the students to go with her. He enrolled in Shrek’s Outer Court and met his new roommate, Wang Dong, whom he quickly beat in a dormitory challenge.

• Huo Yuhao arranged a public five-on-five challenge, and Class Zero defeated Shrek Academy’s junior team at the tournament’s closing ceremony.
• Shrek’s defeat sparked public criticism, and Ye Xinglan apologized to Huo Yuhao before Shrek leaders sought to recruit the Class Zero students.
• Huo Yuhao rejected Cai Yue'er’s offer, and Han Tianyi intervened when she tried to take him and the others for an investigation.
• Ya Li negotiated with Leng Yaozhu, agreed to compensate the Spirit Pagoda and Heaven Sea Alliance, and had Cai Yue'er apologize to Class Zero.
