Horikita poured me some tea, then sat across from me on the tatami, staring straight at me.

"What exactly do you want?"

I took a sip of the tea Horikita had poured for me and secretly admired it.

"Good tea!"

Horikita folded her arms and ruthlessly called me out.

"These are cheap tea leaves from the supermarket. It's just ordinary loose-leaf tea."

The corner of my mouth twitched. "Do you have to put me down like that? Couldn't you just play along?"

"Hmph," Horikita snorted. "I can't be bothered with you."

Akasaka looked thoroughly innocent. "What did I do to offend you? Why are you treating me like this?"

"I'm always like this. If you don't like it, then leave," Horikita shot back without yielding an inch.

Akasaka leaned gloomily over the table. "You're really hard to deal with. If your brother hadn't told me to look after you, I wouldn't bother."

Horikita raised an eyebrow. "How much did my brother pay you?"

Akasaka thought for a moment. "All his Personal Points after graduation, I guess. He didn't make me promise anything else, anyway. You were bound to find out sooner or later."

Horikita's expression grew complicated. "I've caused my brother more trouble again..."

Akasaka waved a hand. "Isn't it only natural for an older brother to help pave the way for his younger sister? Don't feel burdened by it."

Horikita rolled her eyes at me. "Of course you wouldn't feel burdened. You're the one benefiting from it."

"My brother must have a few tens of millions of Personal Points. You really made a killing, Akasaka."

Thump!

Horikita sneakily kicked me under the table.

"That hurts! Can you stop kicking me? Suzune~"

"I told you not to call me that so familiarly. We're not that close!"

Horikita glared at me
