Background / History
Yuki was raised in the White Room alongside Amasawa Yuto and Ayanokouji Kiyotaka. At age seven, she failed a required examination by a few points and was removed from the program. When instructors took her away, Yuto intervened after noticing she had begun menstruating; before they were separated, he promised to find her after leaving the White Room. 53
After her removal, Yuki became detached from her family and struggled to function in ordinary school. She was diagnosed with severe depression linked to post-elimination trauma and underwent six years of inpatient treatment. Her memories of the White Room, including the circumstances of her departure, later became fragmented through dissociative amnesia. 17 52
Yuki reunited with Yuto after his own release from the White Room. His return gradually improved her condition, and she eventually enrolled at Advanced Nurturing High School with him. She was assigned to Class D while Yuto entered Class A. 5 14

Personality
Yuki usually presents herself as cheerful, gentle, and openly affectionate toward Yuto. She can be playful and teasing with him, but is notably guarded when discussions approach her depression, lost memories, or time in the White Room. 5 14 104
Her prolonged trauma leaves her prone to dissociation, anxiety, and severe depressive episodes. Rather than seeking broad social attention, she initially insists that Yuto alone is enough for her; over time, she begins to form more connections and act independently within Class D. 14 17 97
Yuki is compassionate toward people whose pain resembles her own. She aids Horikita without taking credit, protects Karuizawa from bullying, and encourages her to find value beyond past trauma. 52 105 106
