• After Shrek Academy rejected Mu Yuan, he joined the Body Sect and began training under Qi Lin while attending Blue Tyrant Primary Soul Master Academy.
• Mu Yuan gained the Diamond Demon Body Soul Skill from a Diamond Demon Ape, then used a Secret Medicine to advance toward Rank 20.
• Du Busi helped Mu Yuan absorb a Deep Sea Demon Octopus’s Soul Ring, granting him Heavenly Thunder Power and an External Soul Bone that formed six additional arms.

Mu Yuan helped the Body Sect claim the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well’s Immortal Herbs, then strengthened his abilities while the sect prepared its team for the tournament. The arc ended with Du Busi reaching the Limit Douluo realm and Shrek preparing to face the Body Sect.

• Du Busi built the Body Sect’s mountain gate as Mu Yuan and Long Aotian advanced, then sent Mu Yuan, Chi Xiao, Qi Lin, and Wei Na toward the Star Dou Forest.
• Du Busi entered the poisonous miasma, seized the Immortal Herbs at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, destroyed Tang San’s Divine Sense avatar, and escaped with the herbs.
• Mu Yuan worked with Electrolux to purify his Scarlet Spirit Bone, create a Second Sea of Consciousness, and establish a second Martial Soul using Full Moon Wearing Autumn Dew.

Mu Yuan and the Body Sect advanced through the Soul Master Tournament while Shrek struggled with its injuries and lost to them in the semi-finals. The Body Team defeated the Sun Moon Imperial Team in the final, leaving Mu Yuan’s Demonic Qi and the hostility between Du Busi and Xuan Zi as immediate concerns.

• Tian Meng abandoned the plan to capture the Ice Empress and helped Huo Yuhao awaken his second Martial Soul, granting him Ultimate Ice.
• Mu En sent Xuan Zi to protect Shrek’s students, but Corpse Slave explosions at Death Mountain Range devastated the team and left Huo Yuhao among the survivors.
• Mu Yuan studied Soul Tool Core Arrays as the Body Sect won several tournament matches, while Shrek advanced with Huo Yuhao held back until the later rounds.
• The Body Sect outbid its rivals for valuable Soul Tools and Soul Bones, including the Hundred Thousand Year Right Arm Bone, and Mu Yuan joined the team’s effort to develop its Soul Tool abilities.

After Xuan Zi’s ambush set off a devastating clash between Du Busi and Shrek, Mu Yuan survived, advanced through the Eight-Petal Immortal Orchid’s sacrifice, and pioneered Spirit Forging for the Body Sect. The sect traded Spirit Metal for Sun Moon Empire technology, and Mu Yuan joined the exchange at Mingde Hall, where Xuan Ziwen challenged him to create a Level 5 Soul Tool.

• Xuan Zi and Du Busi accused Elder Ma of using the Sword of Judgment to turn Soul Masters into Evil Soul Masters, while Du Busi revealed his breakthrough and demanded two Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bones from Shrek.
• The tournament ended with the Body Team in first place, the Sun Moon Imperial Team in second, and Shrek in third, as Mu Yuan announced the Body Sect’s new headquarters and Du Busi considered Xu Jiawei’s offers.
• Niu Tian and Tai Tan attacked the Body Sect, but Xuan Zi pursued Chi Xiao’s group, nearly killed Wei Na, and forced Mu Yuan to escape with the others through the Gate of the Undead.
• Du Busi attacked Shrek City and killed Mu En after their prolonged battle, then took Mu En’s six Soul Bones and withdrew when the Sea God phantom appeared.
• The Eight-Petal Immortal Orchid became a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast, survived its tribulation, and sacrificed itself to Mu Yuan, giving him a red fifth Soul Ring and a Soul Bone.
• Mu Yuan achieved Spirit Forging with Deep Silver, and Du Busi established a Forging Hall under his leadership to help the Body Sect trade Spirit Metal for advanced Soul Tool technology.
• Jing Hongchen exchanged a Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bone for Spirit Metal and agreed to let Body Sect members study at Mingde Hall, while Mu Yuan joined the exchange delegation with Shrek’s students.
