• Di Tian rescued the real Di Tian from Poseidon, and the Silver Dragon King sealed the Seagod Trident after Di Tian brought it back to Life Lake.
• Tang San discovered his trident had lost much of its power, while Gu Yu received the Nine Trials of the Seagod and the Auspicious Beast wandered into Dragon City.
• Tang San's simulated path ended in his death before Asura revived him, and the real Tang San confronted the God of Destruction over Xiao Wu and his weakening Sea God Position.

Gu Yu entered Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineer Academy with the Snow Empress and Auspicious Beast, where his talent drew Jing Hongchen’s attention.

• Wang Dong and Wang Chun'er defeated the Hongchen siblings’ fusion skill, helping Shrek win the tournament, while Ma Xiaotao transformed into the Black Phoenix and was taken away by Xuan Zi.

The arc ended with Gu Yu questioning whether Di Tian had deceived the turtle about Huo Yuhao leading it to godhood.
