"You got kicked out?" Ye Xiu and Tian Jue exchanged a glance, then looked at the furious Doggie.
Judging by Doggie's enraged expression, it was probably true.
They simply hadn't expected Doggie to have visited that place. It had never occurred to them.
"Yes, I got kicked out. I can't remember why, either. That place has something to do with that bastard," Doggie said after thinking for a moment.
Ye Xiu and Tian Jue felt their scalps prickle.
If that place really was connected to the bastard Doggie had mentioned, just what sort of place was it?
And why had they been kicked out in the end?
Confusion filled Ye Xiu's and Tian Jue's eyes at the thought.
"Forget it. If I can't remember, there's no point dwelling on it. Unless something unexpected happens, all those forbidden zones should be returning now. We'll find out then. We might even see Tian Jue's ancestor," Doggie said with a laugh.
Tian Jue's expression darkened. This damn dog really knew how to get under someone's skin.
"Who knows? What if he died in there?" Tian Jue said, curling his lip.
"But speaking of which, are there a lot of forbidden zones in the Heavens and Myriad Worlds?" Ye Xiu asked curiously.
"A lot. Some aren't all that dangerous, but others are extremely dangerous. The Sea of Godfall, for instance. It's incredibly treacherous." Doggie looked at the churning black seawater in the sky.
From the looks of it, its descent was probably drawing near.
"Nothing strange is going to happen when the Sea of Godfall descends, is it?" Ye Xiu asked with a trace of worry.
"What's there to be afraid of? We'll just hide out in the Empire when the time comes. No big deal," Doggie said casually.
