"Island Turtle shell? How did you get your hands on this thing?"
Inside the underground laboratory, Uchiha Kei looked curiously at Imai Kenta, who was processing and cutting up the item he had brought over.
Uchiha Kei was hardly unfamiliar with Island Turtles. After all, they had left a deep impression on him in the Original work.
He could still remember that enormous living island floating out at sea, carrying something akin to an entire zoo on its back.
Especially since there had been a waterfall on that Island Turtle that had helped Naruto come to terms with himself.
Familiar as he was with it, though, he truly could not figure out how Imai Kenta had gotten hold of something like this.

"Impressive, right? I accidentally came across it while sorting through some interesting records within the clan back then, but I didn't pay it much attention at the time."
As Imai Kenta worked, he said, "But after our last failure, I kept thinking about one question: what material should we choose? First, it had to withstand the erosion of time. It had to be sturdy enough, and it also had to be compatible with the power of Chakra."
"And then you thought of this?" Uchiha Kei asked with an odd expression. "I can understand why it would be good at withstanding the power of time, but how did you know it
