There were quite a few wilderness zones within the city. They looked like boundaries that had been carved out, but from a bird's-eye view, those wilderness areas truly were wrapped inside the city... Since White Fox had brought it up, Jiu Ming considered finding a solution.
"How about this? We can set up some teleportation arrays." Jiu Ming snapped his fingers. That way, anyone wanting to leave the city limits in the future would not have to go through so much trouble. They would not be like White Fox, flying around with her head down until she got so lost she could not even find her way home...
"But what's outside the city?" White Fox asked curiously, sprawled on the floor.
"Nothing much. Just all sorts of vast, desolate lands. We could set up some special areas later on, but there's no real need for that right now." Jiu Ming spoke casually. "By the way, what do you think of those little monsters?"
"Nothing much." White Fox lazily waved a paw. "They're nothing but weak, weak, weak. This fox can slap a whole bunch of them dead with one paw."
"Is that so?" Jiu Ming narrowed his eyes and smiled faintly. "Later, there will be ones worth taking seriously."
He gave White Fox a pat. She shot Jiu Ming a glance, then darted out through the open window. At that moment, the closed door opened. The people who had arrived earlier should have more or less returned by now.
"How was it?" Jiu Ming asked Laura, the blonde nun who returned first. She was carrying quite a few things, presumably purchases. After all, the Invitation Cards Jiu Ming had handed out at the beginning had each contained a certain amount of Source. After that, he would not be so generous.
