Motoi was unconscious, and Killer B wouldn't feel at ease unless Shiko stayed behind to look after him.

Baki readily agreed to the request.
"Lingdou, Qingzi, you two take the red-haired kunoichi."
The two were Baki's teammates, and neither was weak.
With that settled, Baki and Killer B faced Qingshui, while Lingdou and Qingzi faced Kushina.
The argument in the Monitoring Room also came to a temporary halt at the sight.
"With the Suna Ninja helping this time, let's see how that Konoha Ninja handles things now."
Because of the argument, they'd missed the moment when Qingshui formed a Hand Seal with one hand. If they'd seen it, they would've been even more astonished, rather than reacting like this.
"Don't worry. Baki is strong. With him taking action, there won't be any problems."
The Suna Ninja chimed in with a smile.
Konoha had held the title of "Ninja World's Strongest" for far too long. The Cloud Ninja and the Suna Ninja were both happy to see Konoha's shinobi take a hit.
