"According to the feedback from the Survivors we've captured, they claim the first ones attacked were in the gang district. Someone even saw what appeared to be a monster."
"There were also signs at the scene that corpses had been eaten. I think this matter may not be so simple."

Listening to his subordinate's report, Heggs, whose strength had reached the Mid Third Order, let out a mocking laugh.
