With Uzumaki Takumi's death and the Five-Tails' disappearance, the Uzumaki Clan had won the battle—and the Lightning-Earth Allied Forces' plan to seize the Uzumaki Clan's Jinchuriki and their Sealing Jutsu had officially fallen apart.
"Is Shingetsu all right?" Yukina watched the ninjas under her command clean up the battlefield, then glanced at the Uzumaki Clan members, who were still engulfed in grief. Suddenly, she thought of Hozuki Shingetsu.
Though she regretted that her daughter had let her down and failed to win Hozuki Shingetsu over, the boy was the hope of the alliance between the Hozuki and Yuki Clans. No matter what, he absolutely couldn't come to harm.
"I know that child was prepared, but that's still Blue B! He's the current Raikage's sworn younger brother. He won't be easy to beat, will he?" Yukina worried despite turning it over in her mind.
She wasn't worried that Shingetsu couldn't catch up with him. Her main concern was that the young man might get carried away, celebrate before the battle was over, and toy with his opponent because he thought he had the victory in hand—only to give Blue B an opening at the last moment and let him turn the tables.
"Don't worry!" Hozuki Zangetsu wasn't the least bit concerned.
"Never mind how slippery that brat is, he'd never do something so out of character. Besides, did you forget about Touhiko?"
"I was wondering why that guy hadn't shown up during the fight... In that case, there really shouldn't be a problem."
Yukina came to her senses. Only then did she realize she had completely forgotten about one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist.
"Exactly! So now we just need to get ready to welcome that brat back, then discuss how we'll deal with our Mizukage."
